The property was ok, the room was big, nice living room, tv channels were slim pickings & it was not a smart tv, nice spacious bedroom however the bathroom was SMALL, the shower pressure was low and the pool was small & average which made it extremely crowded. Oh and they charge $10 a night for parking!

Good hotel with nice amenities. My price was great and the staff was friendly. I saw a lot of negative reviews but other than the property being old I was generally pleased.

My expectations were exceeded. I had read the many negative reviews but decided to give the place a try. I am a diamond member and have stayed at many Embassy Suite hotels. This one is old and is being renovated but management seems to be working to improve the facilities, staff is friendly, overall amenities are good. I would stay here again if I were to get the same great price.

We were in room 166. The vanity had a pipe sticking out of ceiling dripping water, the couch had stains all over and the carpet was definitely dirty and had crumbs. The room smelled bad as we walked in and the shower handle covering was gone. This room was really run down - never going back.

The room was filthy!! Mattres on the sofa bed it was more like a link fence!! I found socks under the cushions and trash Only two small trash cans in the room Phone was not connected , no cable!! Drain in the bathroom sink clogged

We did not receive any house keeping....no bed making, no clean towels, etc. When I called to ask why, the person at the desk was rude and said to take it up with housekeeping. The sofa bed is like sleeping on exposed springs. I was told a manager would be calling but that never happened.

Pros - plenty of free parking, very good free breakfast incl made to order omelet bar. Cons - soft beds, poor wifi connection.
