2 bed/2 bath. Updated Kitchen, fully furnished home in Palm Desert Greens Country Club.

Our home is furnished and fully stocked. We are looking for long-term rentals (1-3 month minimum stay). No pets or smoking allowed.

This lovely home located in this 55+ Year Old Community, is a delight to behold from it's open Galley Kitchen with Quartz Counters and an exceptional stainless steel appliance package plus the island breakfast bar. The large full width Living Room and the separate Dining Room area - which could also be used as a family room - make the interior extremely spacious. The Primary bedroom with the Ensuite Bath - includes the separate tub and separate shower stall - plus two Primary Closets. There is a sliding glass door to the fenced patio area. The Guest bedroom offers access to its semi-private bathroom, and can also be used as the Guest bathroom during gatherings.

Palm Desert Greens offers a gatehouse entry, a clubhouse that offers a dinning room with bar.

The following are all included during your rental stay:
- Access to 3 pools
- The main pool at the club house has a spa and sauna
- Tennis, pickle ball, billiards, gym, library

Golf Privileges are available at an additional cost but not mandatory. Please inquire for cost, if interested. A golf cart is NOT included. But there are numerous golf cart rental companies in the area.

Owner pays for trash collection, water, gas, internet and electric. Renter is to comply with PDGCC rental terms and conditions which can be provided upon request.

Renters are responsible for:
- PDGCC I.D. at a cost of $50.00
- PDGCC Renter Registration at a cost of $150.00

You have 7 days upon taking occupancy to process all administrative forms & services.

Minimum 1-3 month rental. Security deposit of 1 month's rent & $250 Cleaning Fee due at signing.

Host welcomed us most graciously and checked in several times to check if we needed anything. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with a gourmet cooks supplies. Bed was very comfortable as well as all the furnishings. Overall a most pleasant stay.

The get away place

Very clean modular home located in a fabulous 55 and older community. The home is well stocked with great cooking utensils and many appliances. Hosts are very attentive and communication is spot on. Highly recommend this listing.
