Very nice stay. Very good hotel with nice rooms and pool area. Staff is very kind but not always very efficient.

Un bel endroit pour se reposer
Publié le 11 mai 2019 sur HotelsTrès bel hôtel, petit patio devant les chambres avec bassin, immense chambre, belle salle de bain, tout le confort, personnel très accueillant et souriant, café et eau vers la réception, nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette halte, trop courte, pas pu profiter de la piscine !

L’emplacement est fantastique. L’aménagement paysagé en plein désert est vraiment extraordinaire. Le mauvais côté cependant est qu’étant donné le caractère historique de l’hôtel, il faille accepter certains petits détails agaçants. La glace est disponible mais sur demande. L’exiguité du lieu ne permet pas de stationner l’auto soi-même. Enfin, bien que la qualité des aliments n’ait pas à être critiquée, la frugalité du petit-déjeuner est surprenante pour un établissement de ce standing. Il ne faut toutefois pas oublier qu’il s’agit d’un endroit historique. Les chambres sont rénovées en ayant conservé le caractère. L’insonorisation n’est pas tout à fait parfaite. Le rapport qualité/prix demeure donc un peu exagéré.

J'y retourne sans hésiter
Publié le 25 août 2009 sur HotelsTrès bel endroit, accueil particulièrement attentionné, personnel très disponible. Se reposer dans le jardin près de la magnifique piscine est très appréciable dans cette région particulièrement chaude.

Enjoyed our stay at the Ingleside however not sure it we would do it again based on the cost. We had called ahead to ask for early check in and were told that should be no problem, however when we arrived we were just told the guaranteed check in was 4pm and no effort was made to try and get our room ready earlier. Even when we saw our room had been cleaned, the reception desk said they needed to wait for cleaning to officially log it in rather than reach out to them proactively to check. Location is excellent and rooms were quaint, could use a little more lighting. Overall a lovely hotel but not worth the high cost.

My husband and I stayed here for a cousins' weekend in Feb. This is a beautiful, historic property. We requested a change from our first room and were immediately accommodated. Our new room was large, comfortable and convenient to where we parked our vehicle. The check-in was easy and staff were all helpful.
We had breakfast and drinks at Raymond's, the restaurant located at the hotel, and enjoyed them, but no other guests were there for breakfast when we went and service was slow. The pianists who played in the evening were both excellent and the servers were prompt and pleasant. Unfortunately, in Feb. it rained a few days and was too cold outside to use the pool. Also, we had to cross the inner courtyard to arrive at the front desk and restaurant area, because our room was in the back. It was muddy. They should have a solid path.

Nice large room and large bathroom with outdoor seating on a patio. The bathroom door was odd - didn't really close. Only a few blocks from downtown, but the blocks are quite long.
