Publié le 28 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayI love the condition and decor of this VRBO offering AND I love the location for all the "must do" Palm Springs downtown area events. I booked this amazing offering for a second time. I didn't think my entire experience could be better than it was on my maiden visit... but it was! Clark Argeris, property services specialist, hit every nail on the head when it came to customer service. The owner, whom I've never met, responds immediately whenever I've had a need to contact. I almost do not want to give these honest super-positive reviews because the listing will become even more popular, and thus maybe make it more difficult for me to book on my future preferred dates. My second booking here is absolutely Five Star and I have to be honest and continue to highly recommend this VRBO opportunity!

Perfect Stay

The condo is in excellent condition and furnished with everything needed to have a really nice vacation. The location is perfect for getting around without a car in Palm Springs. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and clubs. We had a great time and look forward to returning.

We didn’t really cook but if you want to the kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need. Clark, the property manager, was super helpful and easy to reach. Thanks for the great visit!

Recommended without Hesitation

Space has great natural light and is really pleasant.
The condo is on a second floor - not too many steps and they are very manageable along with a hand rail. (Yep, I have a stubborn knee.....).
Great location, 5-8 minute walk to the heart of downtown. Condo is situated in a attractive gated complex that is meticulously
maintained. Pool and jacuzzi are lovely.
Check in was easy. The property manager Clark was a pleasure to deal with - very nice and great communication.

Convenient Location
Publié le 7 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWell equipped condo which is perfect for a couple. Able to walk to restaurants, shops and movie theaters in downtown Palm Springs. Large casino located close for those who like to gamble. Nicely appointed pool areas and a well maintained tennis court.

Perfect option in Downtown Palm Springs

Add to that THE most helpful and attentive property manager I’ve had the pleasure of working with in 18 years of VRBO rentals.
