I’ve come here several times to celebrate my anniversary. I love it’s so calm, peaceful and welcoming. This year was even more special as the main housekeeper, Blanca, who has always been so welcoming showed me how she can feed hummingbirds in her hand. How the follow her and respond to her is AMAZING!

Such a lovely perfectly sized boutique hotel near downtown Palm Springs. Rooms are big and homelike and the grounds are cozy. The pool stays open for those midnight dips.

Second time staying. Property is very nice, love the mediterranean villa architectural design. It has a beautiful pool and garden. Several hummingbirds live there. Blanca, front the front office does an excellent job making sure you have all you need.

Le Maison is charming and romantic. Attention to detail. The rooms open out to the pool, spa, lounge chairs, patio tables and an outdoor fireplace. Several hummingbirds enjoy the various feeders around the property and even drink from one's hand when holding a small feeder. Ice water available by the pool, and cookies in our room. Beautiful complimentary breakfast provided. This is our new favorite getaway spot! Such a beautiful gem in the desert!

We had the place to ourselves Aug 1&2, probably due to 111° heat but we loved it, lots of pool time. Weekends are normally sold out! Loved the comfy bed, nice bathroom, continental breakfast and complementary wine/beer happy hour, popcorn etc. Blanca was very attentive and kind. We will be back for our 3rd time soon!

The property is beautiful and it has a nice pool with lush surrounding vegetation. The room was clean and nicely decorated and had a good size. There are several humming birds that live in the property and you can help feed them! The staff is super nice (Blanca and Petra) and made sure we had everything we needed. There was a misunderstanding with our Expedia reservation in regard to the type of room but Blanca made sure it was quickly resolved. The included continental breakfast is very good with many options and having a happy hour by the pool with wine, beer and snacks at no extra cost is a very nice touch. We will definitely come back! The only thing to be aware of, is that it is not walking distance to Palm Springs downtown, especially in the hot months. 5 to 10 minutes by car though.

Disappointed

Didn't live up to the hype. Room was "shabby chic" (code for dreary and scuffed with small items unrepaired) and the bed was deeply uncomfortable. The continental breakfast items were stale. Clean enough, but only staffed for a few hours during the day. Lights at entrance were out at night, which made using the coded lock to access the property very difficult. Saw palm beetles (giant cockroaches), spiders, wasps, and mosquitoes in many places on property. Unpleasant.

Pleasant overall, not outstanding

The staff were charming and helpful, the property was exceptionally clean, and the pool was lovely. However, there were lots of broken details that took away from the experience. No lights at night near the front door made entering the property difficult (because you have to tap in a locking code). The towel hook in the bathroom was broken. The continental breakfast pastries were generally stale. The bed gave me a backache every morning and the pillows were lumpy. The furniture was nice enough, but I would really have preferred a small table and chairs that were possible to eat at or set up a workspace on to a glass-topped sidetable and chairs that were difficult to move. Overall, pleasant, not great.

From the moment we were greeted at the private entrance by Blanca it was a nice experience. She walked us around the place and explained about the time for continental breakfast, happy hour and pool area, provided us our key and private door code and went as far as provided her number if any questions.
