I loved the cleaniness of the rooms. The only thing I would recommend is cutting down the trees and also upgrading the pool area. It is so outdated but the cleaniness and quietness made up for it.

I love this hotel. I always make new friends at the pool. Although it is open to families, I like that it's mostly adults that stay here. I am a school teacher and love children but when I go on vacation I prefer a quiet setting especially at the pool. I don't want to be hit with pool toys or here a bunch of screaming. I like that the housekeeping staff cleans and refreshes your room every morning of your stay. Many hotels I have stayed lately do not do that unless you specifically ask. The owners keep the property clean and up to date with attention to detail. I have been coming to this hotel for about 13 years. The rooms are beautiful, well decorated. I like that there is a bathtub/shower combo in each. The restaurant is undergoing renovations right now but should be open soon. They serve the best Mexican food and I am Mexican American. The location is great; you can walk to downtown and it's close to Agua Caliente Casino (about half a mile). Staff is friendly and accommodating as well as the owners who are often at the property.

If road noise doesn’t bother you, all rooms are fine. When I talked to the front desk she said to ask for a quiet room next time. Tranquil and quiet with water service and convenient location.

Wow! What a remarkable place! The suite was spacious, with 3 private outdoor spaces. While there was no desk, there was plenty of room to work. The pool and the patio are lovely.

This location has a private, intimate hacienda vibe. There are plenty of places to sit around the pool and relax. The pool and area around it is very clean, everything was well maintained. There are a lot of other private areas around the property to sit and enjoy a meal or drink, even hammocks. Its a small property or seems small and quaint so you will see the same guests, if you see anyone at all. We booked the largest room, which did not dissapoint, it was huge. Our room had 3 patios which were lined with flowering bushes and trees offering privacy. Our room backed up to the street which wasnt a problem for us but could be for light sleepers. Bathroom is very large equipped with a jacuzzi tub and overhead shower. They provided separate towels for makeup removal and small packets of face wipes. There were also 4 large different colored towels for the pool.Bed and bedding was comfy, like a cloud. They had extra blankets and pillows in the room armoir. It had 2 tvs, a separate room with a pullout couch and small bar with fridge.The restaurant was closed which wasnt a problem because there are a lot of other options, downtown area is in walking distance. Grocery stores and more mainstream stores in driving distance. We love it, we will visit in the future. I give 5 stars. Family friendly as well. A very nice place to come and relax which is exactly what we wanted. Thank you for a pleasant 20 year anniversary getaway.

Beware of the rooms on the street side it’s very noisy and did not allow us to sleep at night. It was unfortunate because the suites are very nice and spacious. The staff was nice enough to switch us to another room on the back side but no price adjustment was made even though it was a smaller room. Overall the facility is clean and has a cozy environment.
