Pool is located directly in front of condo back patio is gated and fully enclosed for privacy. Covered carport parking is directly off the patio. Plenty of guest parking is available. Use of the fitness center, tennis and pickle ball courts. 11 heated pools and 2 spas.

We have tried to make this listing as economically friendly as possible to our guests. Therefore, we ask that guests bring their own soap and body wash and hygiene products for hygiene purposes .In addition we ask that guests do not throw any parties or any type of loud music because Palm Springs has a very strict guidelines on music and we would hate for our guests to be fined $500 for a loud music or parties.
