Super nice helpful staff. Clean modern hotel, beautiful pool and multiple outdoor lounge areas. Close to downtown. Will stay here again for sure

The thermostat was locked at 69 degrees because the engineer said the system would lock up if it as set below 65. It was an old, loud, clunky HVAC. I had a hard time falling asleep because it was going off constantly.

Above and beyond

Hotel staff were phenomenal. I got ill and had to be transported by ambulance to hospital. Staff comped us with free breakfasts, waters, and even sent van to pick us up from ER at 3:30 a.m.

We checked into the hotel, got our 2 room keys and proceeded to our granddaughters gymnastics competition. We got back and went up to our room, tried our key and it didn't work. After hearing talking inside our room, the door opened and a family of 3 were in there!!!! We had to go downstairs and they had no idea how this happened. I am handicapped so the family invited me to stay with them as my husband went back down. The building is HUGE and took 15-20 minutes to go from Our Room to the desk!! After quite a scene, he was given another room for us on another floor. Another VERY LONG walk for both of us!! The room was what we paid for but no apologies or reimbursement was offered. What would have happened if our suitcases were in the room? What would have happened if they weren't a very nice family and helped me out as I couldn't walk any further with my cane. They did end up comping our food and drinks but it was a terrible and upsetting experience for us...and the other family! I am VERY UNCOMFORTABLE staying there again due to room security!!!!
