Gated golf and tennis resort with an easy walk to El Paseo Dr. and great shopping, restaurants, and art galleries. Nearby is McCallum Theatre, The River shopping center, and Living Desert.

Spacious ground level unit 2BR/2BA, updated and tastefully decorated. Sleeps six: king bed in a master suite with private bathroom and separate entrance; two queen beds in a second bedroom off the main entry. Bathrooms are well lit and newly remodeled with quartz counter tops and tile.

Living room with queen sleeper sofa and dining area face a private patio on a green belt through three sliding glass doors..

Updated kitchen with quartz counters and counter seating open to the dining area with a table for six. Kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances: dishwasher, stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Fully furnished with glassware, dishware, utensils, cookware, blender and coffee maker.

Living room and bedrooms have cable TV and free high speed wireless Internet.

Good location. The photos show the living room and kitchen area which have been moderately upgraded. However, the bedrooms and bathrooms are quite dated. As well, bedding and pillows are also in need of updating. Also note that the frying pans are end of life. With Teflon peeling off.

Nice property in prime location!

Easy access on check-in day in a great location within walking distance of everything: El Paseo, golf, pool, restaurants. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. The owners Rod and Tina (owners) were wonderful and handled my questions in a prompt and friendly way. We plan on staying again next year around the same time! The only thing I would ask for are martini glasses!

We loved staying at Rod's and Tina's sweet condo in Palm Desert. It was clean, well-stocked, and perfect for our family of four. The kids appreciated the double beds. The property has an excellent location. The kitchen has everything one would want, including dishwasher soap and napkins! That was nice. If I were the owner, I would replace the carpeting as it is old and stained. It would also be of benefit if the television options included Netflix. Other than that, the condo is fine!

Great location!

This resort was wonderful! Great pools, beautiful grounds, friendly people. Many shops and restaurants within a close proximity. Joshua Tree and other hiking a short drive away. Unit is on the end and very private and well stocked with all you will need for your stay. We loved it!
