Beautiful mountain views abound from the expansive veranda which also serves as an outside living & dining area. The patio has its own spiral staircase that leads directly down to the pools and hot tubs. The complex has lush grounds that have been professionally designed and landscaped. The association members are welcoming to renters and host monthly social hours/activities for you to enjoy while basking in the desert sunshine. To top it off, there is free in-condo laundry and a covered parking spot in the gated and secure lot right under your unit.. This is a really nice condo. Clean, quiet, well-supplied, and it's a great neighborhood. A ten minute walk to downtown, but far enough to not have the noise and crowds. The pool and hot tub are well maintained and very comfortable. The host is very responsive. I had an issue with the clothes washer (machines do break down, after all), and the host promptly got it repaired. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
