Stylish Mid-Century Home

Designed with comfort and longer stays in mind, this 1951 mid-century modern home is a stylish and restful retreat. Located in the trendy Tahquitz River Estates neighborhood, the best of Palm Springs’ shopping, art scene, and bustling nightlife are just over a mile away. Conveniently located close to several grocery stores and local eateries, and just five minutes drive from Palm Springs International Airport.

The home is situated on a quiet street with a large, private, and beautifully landscaped property front and back – offering STUNNING VIEWS of the San Jacinto mountain range. Begin your day with coffee and the sunrise on the patio, or an outdoor shower. Spend the afternoon taking in some rays by the pool or immerse yourself in a great read or podcast under the shade of an umbrella. Unwind in the evening in the heated spa or next to the fire pit. Enjoy the conveniences of a well-equipped kitchen and Keurig coffee maker, natural gas BBQ grill, gas fireplace, automated gate entry, covered parking for one vehicle, and Level 2 EV charging. Fast wi-fi connects you to the real world as needed.

This is a cherished family vacation home offered for rent to discerning guests. Parties and events are not allowed. A maximum of six (6) persons and three (3) vehicles may be at the property at any one time. The City of Palm Springs requires that the primary renter be at least 25 years of age (ID required). You will be hosted by Walt, an experienced local property manager.

This home has 3 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 4 adults (or up to 6 people when using the sofa bed):

Bedroom #1 is the Primary Bedroom and has a king size bed, darkening shades, 55” smart TV, dresser, closet, and dressing area, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower with rain and wall shower heads. Also in this space is a kitchenette with Keurig coffee maker, wine cooler, microwave, and sink. Just outside the dressing area is an outdoor shower.

Bedroom #2 is the Guest Room and has a queen size bed with adjustable base, darkening shades, 43” smart TV, and closet.

Bedroom #3 is used as a TV Room and has a pull-out sofa with premium mattress, closet, and 55" smart TV. Please note the TV Room is also a pass-through to the Primary Bedroom featuring lockable “hotel doors” for privacy.

The guest bath is located in the hallway opposite Bedroom #2 and the TV Room. This bathroom has a bathtub with both fixed and hand-held shower heads.

All bedrooms have smart TVs. You will be able to cast or airdrop content from your own devices, or sign-in directly to any streaming services. We have cable TV service in the TV Room.

A little slice of heaven in Palm Springs

This beautiful home comfortably sleeps four, it is decked out with everything you need. You will spend 90% of your time in the beautiful manicured back yard, day and night. The pool is beautiful and the uplighting at night is so inviting. This is our second time here. Kudos to the owners of this awesome home.

Beautiful Home In Palm Springs

Our two-week stay at this Stylish Mid-Century Home was everything we were hoping for. The back yard was amazing, the interior was lovely, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the property managers were very responsive to questions. Most of all the vibe was thoughtful, warm, and friendly. Highly recommend.

just got home and miss the house already

My wife and I stayed for a month and it was PERFECT. We had some friends visit at different times and one couple fits easy, two couples were fine but that would be the max. The home is well appointed, the view is amazing, the yard is gorgeous, super private, lots of outdoor spots for whatever you want. The neighborhood is a short walk to everything. A few blocks to the grocery store, 1 mile to the heart of downtown. We had our dog there and at the end of the block is a private school with a large yard for when he really needed to play fetch. The property managers were top notch, very quick to respond and very pleasant to deal with. The only criticism is that the kitchen is laid out in a way that gets tight pretty quick due to where the dishwasher is positioned. Loved this house / location and would love to stay again.

A beautiful piece of paradise in the desert

We had a ball in this mid century gem.So well appointed and designed and so close to everything that is Palm Springs. The back yard with its pool and spa looks like a movie set, and we just happened to be a part of it. The neighborhood is very quiet, and once you’re on the property and the garage gate closes behind you, you’re in your own 1950’s-era world. Would we stay again

Amazing property! Highly recommend!

We stayed at the property for the Christmas holiday. Great location to downtown Palm Springs and surrounding area. Nice walking path for exercising and walking my dog. The house has everything you need and more. Very clean and well appointed.

Fabulous inside and out—this newly revived MCM home served as our headquarters for nearly 2 weeks. The owners so thoroughly stocked this home that all we needed to do was enjoy our vacation. Minutes from great hiking, fine dining and shopping

We really couldn't be more pleased with this property. It's all new, well appointed and very comfortable. And, my dog, who is not very adaptable absolutely was at home. We needed a few things from the property manager and they responded immediately. We're already booked for next year. I think that says it all.

We can’t say enough good things about this property and our stay! Starting with the consistently responsive communication with the property managers, to the impeccably styled home, to finding every creature comfort throughout the house, it was just LOVELY. Nothing felt like it was chosen with rental property constraints in mind, but rather to create a well-styled and outfitted modern home.
