Friendly staff, good location, easy walking distance to bars/restaurants, shopping and main attractions. Parking available although we didn’t use it. Breakfast was fresh, plenty variety and healthy options. Only thing missing for us was a pool but it is city centre!

Had an amazing stay here for 5 nights. The hotel interiors are beautiful, and the property has a parking garage as well (for €15 per day). The rooms are big, bathrooms are actually huge for european hotels and have a nice balcony as well. Staff is super helpful and they even rent you beach towels. Walkable to major sites in Palma city and also to the airport bus stop. Would stay again!

experience. The staff was friendly and check-in was smooth, and the lobby gave a good first impression—clean, modern, and welcoming. The room itself was comfortable and tidy, with a cozy bed and decent amenities, though nothing particularly standout. One major downside was the underground parking. It was a nightmare to navigate—tight spaces, confusing signage, and very limited availability. Getting in and out felt unnecessarily stressful, especially after a long day. If you're traveling with a larger vehicle or just prefer hassle-free parking, this could be a serious drawback. On the plus side, the location is convenient, and the property felt safe and well-kept. The hotel offers good value for the price, but I’d recommend they rethink or improve the parking situation. I might stay again, but only if I didn’t need to use the garage.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was finding the parking the first day and the doors make so much noise when opening and closing. The location is great - walking distance to everything.
