The house features a beautiful rooftop terrace, ideal for enjoying the island’s sunny climate and views of the Bay of Palma. Please note, it is situated in a lively nightlife district.The property has three floors:Ground floor: Living room with Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with designer appliances and osmosis-treated water, laundry area, and toilet.Second floor: Bedroom with a balcony and shower room.Top floor: Rooftop terrace with panoramic views.Renovated in January 2023, the house is well-equipped for comfort, including two air conditioning units (hot/cold).Important:In 2025, construction along the promenade may cause occasional noise.Santa Catalina Neighborhood: Known for its lively atmosphere, Santa Catalina offers markets, excellent dining, colorful streets, and vibrant nightlife.
