Charming apartment in the heart of Palma



Apartment catalogued as Interior Tourism, located in an emblematic building in the historic centre of Palma de Mallorca, next to the Plaça de Santa Eulàlia. The building, which formerly housed the historic Toy Museum, was carefully renovated in 2019 to create exclusive tourist apartments full of character.



Inside, elegant contemporary design elements are combined with original details of traditional Mallorcan architecture, also preserving some pieces from the old museum that add a unique and special touch to the space.



The apartment can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children (under 14 years old). It has a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room.

Upon request, we can install a cot at an additional cost of €10/day. If you need one, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.



Both the building and the apartment are fully equipped with everything necessary to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay. It is located on a very quiet street in the old town, with little vehicle traffic. The apartment is situated on the second floor with a lift, ideal for comfortably accessing and beginning to discover the city.



From here you can enjoy pleasant walks through the historic centre and discover the entire essence of Palma: its charming streets, its architecture and its wide cultural and gastronomic offering.



Parking: There is the possibility of parking upon request and at an additional cost, subject to availability.



House rules



Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty.



We kindly request that you maintain order and cleanliness during your stay.

Please respect the common areas of the building (stairs and corridor), keeping them clean and moving through them quietly.



Excessive noise, loud music, and parties are strictly prohibited.



In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours about noise or inappropriate behaviour by any member of the group, the owner reserves the right to expel guests from the apartment at any time, without refunding the reservation amount, and may also retain the deposit.



Booking conditions



During the stay, a deposit of €250 will be withheld, which will be returned after departure once the apartment has been checked. In the event of damage to the property, loss of keys or leaving excessive rubbish or the apartment in inadequate cleaning conditions, the corresponding charges may be applied, which will be deducted from the deposit if necessary.



Check-in time: from 14:00 h.

Check-out time: until 11:00 h. Early check-in or late check-out requests will be subject to availability.



The number of guests may not exceed the maximum capacity of the apartment indicated in the booking.



Additional information



The apartment is located in a restricted access area for residents. If you plan to access by car, the Priority Villas agency can manage the circulation authorisation with the City Council. You only need to notify us in advance that you will arrive by car and send us the vehicle registration number, and we will take care of the procedure.

Great location, ok apartment, AC working, great host

Great location, ok apartment, AC working, great and attentive host. The AC is centralized and you need to have it in a while before the apt cools down. Otherwise there enough accommodation and house hold appliances for cleaning clothes, ironing, and doing some simple cooking. The host was responsive on WhatsApp and helpful where they could.

Loved our stay in Palma. However, the air conditioner was not working for the majority of our stay, and the temperatures were in the high 80's and low 90's. The location is convenient.

Good location but badly & cheaply refurbished

Looks good on paper but let down on basics! Disappointingly this apartment is not 'superior as described. Good points: Great location & WiFi worked well. Bad points: Air-conditioning didn't work throughout our stay - which was during a heatwave in temperatures of 35+. We reported this on arrival! We asked & were given 2 fans 'until this was fixed. Despite promises the air conditioning was not fixed during our stay. The fans were not adequate to cool the apartment & made it impossible to return there until very late! The apartment is not air-conditioned as advertised. Even if it had been working it is not fitted with a proper air-conditioning system rather it is an air filtered system. We would never have booked an apartment without Air-conditioning and the lack of it really spoilt our stay. Apartment was dirty on arrival and does not justify the high cleaning charge. Bathroom was filthy - especially the shower. We sent photos to the host on the first morning and although they promised to send a cleaner this did not happen. Kitchen surfaces were sticky and drawers in wardroom were dirty. We purchased a spray and cleaned these ourselves! Apart from the 'lounge area the apartment is cheaply finished - shelving in bathroom is unfinished, toilet seat is cheap plastic, shower head is fixed, shower door is flimsy and tiles are dirty. Bathroom is really dark & unpleasant. Kitchen is not equipped with basics (no corkscrew or can opener), no where to drain washing-up and most of crockery is chipped. Towels were poor quality and old - I have better towels at home I use for mopping the floor! Bedding was not good quality. But lots of threatening notices saying will be 'fined' for getting make-up on towels, etc. Only 2 spare toilet rolls provided, no toilet cleaner and 'old washing-up cloths. We purchased our own. No welcome supplies apart from 2 small bottles of water that were not even left in fridge! On arrival one spotlight in bathroom was not working & neither did the standing lamp in bathroom. Two days after we reported these hosts sent someone to repair them plus a cracked floor tile in kitchen (the floor tile must have been reported prior to our arrival as we hadn't noticed). Spotlight was replaced and it was promised lamp & tile would be fixed within 2 days - these still hadn't been fixed when we left 5 days later! The hosts do respond to messages quickly but promised repairs do not happen! We were given a 1 night refund! Would not recommend!
