Disappointed

Poor value for the money: ~$300/night. Furnace only heated the living room, not the bedroom or bathroom. Sometimes when the thermostat was set at a certain temperature, the furnace did not heat up to that setting. Heating the bedroom required the use of a space heater. Bathroom was cold. Hot water in kitchen came out as a drizzle. Location close to downtown Palo Alto is the benefit. Probably more comfortable when weather is warm.

Just What We Needed

Perfect location in Palo Alto from which we could walk to coffee and University Ave. Clean little hideaway that was just what we needed. And our dog was also welcome!

Perfect location and a cute place!

We were 1 block from downtown - the perfect location! We discovered the best patisserie that we have ever experienced! The house was clean, easy to find, safe neighborhood, and quite quaint. Would highly recommend for a single person or a couple. Ana Luisa was immediately responsive. Great host!

Perfect in Palo Alto

This place has everything you need and then some. Nice personal touches, immaculately clean, and a responsive host. I had no issues and was happy to be able to walk to get meals, groceries and do some shopping. The internet was extremely fast and reliable for working. I’d go back!
