I ever stayed here for more than a month for some business. Breafast and dinner are very great. Also this hotel have an excellent sea view, it was good for photos and time-lapse. Locals often come to organize activity such as wedding, party and so on. Waiter and waitress are very friendly. It's the bese hotel in Palu. Thank you for your serving!

Atas nama manajemen, Kami mohon maaf jika pelayanan atau fasilitas Hotel kami tidak sesuai dengan ekspektasi dari Ibu. Izinkan kami di informasikan terkait pelayanan atau fasilitas kami yang tidak sesuai dengan ekspektasi Ibu sehingga nilai yang diberikan ke kami 6 poin dari 10 ya Ibu? Kami akan terus meningkatkan pelayanan dan melengkapi fasilitas kami untuk tetap memberikan kenyamanan seluruh tamu yang ada. Prima Hotel mit gutem Standard

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, sehr sauber, schöne Zimmer und ein sehr nettes Restaurant zum draußen sitzen. Erwartungen wurden in dieser einen Nacht voll erfüllt.

A good business hotel

A good business hotel.....Just a little bit out of town but still easily accessible. Views to die for over the bay. Lovely swimming pool to relaxing at the end of a busy day! Breakfast is good both western and local. Restaurant is ok ....But nothing special. Wifi inconsistent and frustrating when needing to progress emails. Overall very comfortable and clean with welcoming staff. Good value overall.

Short trip on family trip will be nice and cosy.. It a breezing and spectacular view from morning breakfast at lounge. Surely A good experience for my family trip. Thanks Swiss Belhotel..
