Between Etretat and Varengeville sur Mer in Normandy, The Cottage of the Chateau majestically sits on 40 acres of land from the "Château de Janville" and it is totally private on 10 acres.
18 holes golf course and a full fledge tennis club in 1mile, beaches at 3 kms.
The house is certified « Welcome baby ».
Walking in the park of the Castle in summer time is possible only on demand.
The cottage of the Château has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, to comfortably accommodates 6 to 8 guests and has an equipped kitchen.
It has been renovated with taste by the owner, a former Artistic Director.
Cleaning departure 120 €
Optionnal:
Set of linen per pers: 15 €
1/2 Cubic meter of wood 25€
Per extra single bed 90 € ( with a maximum of 2 beds)
Per animal 100€ per stay
Due to the sharp increase in energy costs, your consumption related to the heating of the property will be at your expense from September 15th to June 1st. The amount of this option will be charged 50€ per day.
Please send your optional order at least a week before arrivale to insure a smooth logistic from our team .
Option must be paid on arrival. Thank you
