Sweet family-run hotel

The White Heaven and Izmael (spelling?) went above and beyond for us. We were late for breakfast one morning and they made us breakfast anyway, which interrupted their family breakfast. Overall our stay was short but nice. The only small complaint we had is the air conditioning in the room is very weak compared to the high temps outside (108!). Otherwise a lovely family run hotel. Would recommend.

Il est très rare que je trouve un hôtel aussi attentionné en offrant de la pastèque en proposant spontanément, un café, un thé ou un verre de vin, de proposer de mettre de l’eau au frais. Je précise que le petit déjeuner est ultra frais est d’une bonne qualité par rapport aux autres hôtels de Turquie.

Friendly, relaxing time

Great hotel, so friendly and helpful. Drove us to the Pamukkale pools entrance. Let us hang out at the pool all day, brought us waters and watermelon. Such great custimer service.

Excellent stay

This is a wonderfully kept family hotel. The service was top notch and the rooms were in great shape, all within steps of Pamukkale and Hierapolis. Great pool and breakfast.

The staff here are so welcoming. They go above and beyond. We rented a room with two queen beds but they upgraded us to a room with a queen and two twin beds (so my sons did not have to share a bed) The first night we arrived, they checked us in and then offered us free wine, coffee, or tea. We were heading out for dinner and it looked like it was about to rain so they drove us into town for dinner (which is just a short walk away). And they said if it is raining when dinner is over for us to call them and they will pick us up. Breakfast was so delicious and plentiful. It was a Turkish breakfast and you could ask for more of anything. The service was so quick too. After breakfast, we wanted to go up to Hieropolis and Pamukkale travertine pools. Even though we could easily walk to the lower gate in town, the Southgate is a better entrance to start at. So one of the people at White Heaven suggested we start there and told us that they would drive us there. The only thing I would point out is that you need to put the key in a slot in the room to keep the air conditioner on. So when you leave the room, and take the key with you, the air conditioner turns off. So it was warm in our room for a little while (we came on a hot day). I’ve never experienced such friendly, kind and helpful hosts. That alone is worth the stay here.

Highly recommend for Pammukale sites

Staff all amazing and very helpful. Gave us a lovely glass of wine on arrival. Location for Pammukale sites is perfect. They even gave us a lift to the entrance which is brilliant as you can then walk downhill and exit the other entrance which is only a few minutes walk from hotel. Nice gardens, pool and superb Turkish breakfast. Excellent value.

Overall we had a very good and positive stay. Room was large and spacious and with a nice view. However, few things were a little bit disappointing. One of the two complimentary water bottles was open and half empty, we asked for a replacement but it didn’t get replaced. The room was not serviced in our 2-night stay and we were not asked whether this was needed or not. We showed up at 9.50 for breakfast but apparently if you come later then 9.30 you don’t get served despite breakfast being until 10.
