This luxurious 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom condo sleeps 13 and features 2 Gulf Front Master Suites. Plenty of space to bring the entire crew & vacation in style!

Includes 2 FREE beach service sets. 4 padded lounge chairs and 2 large umbrellas directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $80/day $480/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.


If you're looking for a spot that has an upscale experience with a homey feel, this is the place for you! With plenty of relaxing space indoors, and many amenities on site, Ocean Ritz has it all and is ready to give you a beach vacation for years to come! As you walk into this unit you will have a view of the kitchen, dining room and living room leading out to the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite countertops. The bar area seats 5 and is the perfect spot for making drinks before heading to the beach! The gorgeous dining room can seat 8. The living room features a Queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping room and has Sunbrella material! As you go out onto the spacious balcony you will have an amazing view of the Gulf!

When going into the bedrooms, each room has its own bathroom. Each side features Gulf Front Suites. Both of them have King size beds with their own private access to the 500 sq. foot balcony. One of the guest bedrooms features 1 King bed & 1 Twin bed, and the other features a Bunk Room with 3 Full Size beds. Ocean Ritz has its own amenities on property such as a pool, spa, sauna, steam room, & fitness center. There is also 24 hour security and 2 elevators for your convenience and safety. This unit is also conveniently located next to well-know restaurants, such as Pineapple Willy's, Fishale, & Walmart. So book today and get your guest list ready!

Beds were uncomfortable. The couch is dated and dirty. Ceiling has a number of spots that need patched and missing paint. You could use the freezer for large items because it wouldn’t open all the way. Overall disappointing stay relative to other condos we’ve stayed at over the years at the Ocean Ritz. A lot of fixtures, molding, furniture, etc. was very cheaply done. It was ina nice area and pool hot tub were nice and not overcrowded. I would not stay at this unit again.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the location for this property. It’s close to restaurants and activities and the Gulf view is gorgeous. The beds were comfortable but the living room furniture only sits five people and wasn’t very comfortable. The internet was very poor. Crashing occasionally and lagging while watching shows.

Overall it was a great place to stay. The balcony had stunning views. The beach was right there and loved it came with chairs for the beach. The only thing that wasn’t said and we were a little disappointed was that the ceiling was peeling in multiple places, the front door wouldn’t shut all the way by itself so we had to make sure it was shut but overall it was a great place to stay. The location was great to walk to dinners or ice cream right across the street. It had plenty of room and the balcony was huge.

Great Beach Access

The space is quite large and was great for my group of 10 people. Very nice kitchen with cooking cookware, cutlery, and dishes. The ease of access to the beach and close vicinity to grocery stores makes it a great location.

Fantastic Stay

We were pleased with our entire stay, lovely property, great beach access and pool area. Plenty of room for 8 of us, the patio has amazing views. We did bring extra trashbags/dishsoap/laundry soap/paper towels etc. No big deal and made it super easy having it on hand. Will definitely book again!

Perfect for our Family Trip

The property was just as described with enough space for 3 generations. The unit is comfortably furnished and supplied with everything we needed. The outdoor space is large and nicely furnished. The corner balcony was spacious and provided a perfect view of the beach and fireworks. We will definitely book this beautiful home again.
