Perfect place for our family with young kids!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The first floor and proximity to pool entrance, beach with chair set up, and Crabbys beach bar were perfect for our family with two kids under 5. The unit was well appointed, decorated, and clean. Only thing we wished for were better bed pillows!

Our family had a great week at the High Pointe. The unit was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The resort has stepped up their security which just took a minute to get adjusted to and then it felt even more safe and secure. We can’t say enough good things about the community. Definitely repeat customers. See you next time.

Vacation Stay

The location and the property of this listing is perfect. The overall property though was a little disappointing. The carpets were very very dirty, our feet and socks would be covered in dirt/blackened after walking around. The master bathroom carpet had stains on it and definitely needs to be replaced perhaps tile added to that location. The iron is broken, went to iron a dress and made a huge snag in the fabric. Furniture is ready for replaced the couches just felt dirty and definitely worn.

Great Location, but needs some simple improvements.

We love the location of High Pointe! As much as this place was clean and comfortable, there was some things that should definitely be improved that are very basic. For example, there was touch up paint done in many places that was not the right color/not white and it made the place look very dirty. Also, the place definitely needs new pots & pans. The ones in the condo were very cheap and impossible to really cook anything or clean. A simple set of non stick pans is greatly needed. Lastly, the dishwasher was also was a pain as it has not be properly installed and kept coming out of the wall. Otherwise, we had a very comfortable stay. With these simple improvements many others will as well.

Great vacation

We had a great time staying at this resort and in this unit. It is perfectly located and I will look at renting this unit in the future. It was stocked with all the needed kitchen utensils and was clean. The only issues we had was with the dishwasher door and one towel rack in the master bathroom. I reported it so hopefully it has been fixed. I recommend renting this unit.

Unit needed updating and some repairs. Internet connection was poor. Dishwasher doesn’t close properly. Kitchen faucet has no water pressure. Dryer needs new belt and is extremely loud. Television service is effected by poor WiFi.

Awesome place for our girls trip this year!!! We fought Irma and we prevailed!Can't wait to go back

I've stayed at High Pointe 4 times and am already planning a trip to come back! Our condo was very nice & clean. Only suggestion I have is that they rip the carpet out (it's only in the bedrooms) & replace with tile or wood. Carpet kind of dingy. The condo was a great size, beds were comfortable. As always, loved Crabby Steve's yummy food & drinks!! The water was perfect before Irma. Of course after Irma the waves were big and double red flag , but water was still clear! Can't wait to go back!
