Spacious House

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and spacious for our children and grandchildren. The pristine beach was a short walk or quick drive away and wasn't crowded. Perfect location for families. Thank you for sharing your beach house!

Awesome house at a great price

There were 7 people in our group and this house had PLENTY of space for all of us. We enjoyed being close to the beach with just a short walk/drive. It's in a great location for shopping and eating with just a short drive also. We had an issue at first with the AC, but the owner was so quick to tend to it. We are very thankful since it was hot out!I would definitely stay here again and would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, cozy, and conveniently located house.

Exactly what you want a VRBO to be!

We had an awesome stay here. We loved the antique pieces, the spacious ranch floor plan, the location, and the fenced in yard! The house was stocked with everything we needed. Lots of extra cozy blankets, and books to read. The host was quick to respond to our questions! Probably the most relaxing home we have stayed in with our many travels to dances competitions. Would definitely love to stay again!

Downing Inn/Granny's beach house

Soooo much space!!!

We LOVED our stay so well we have already rebooked! Monica is an amazing host, the house is so spacious and well appointed with tons of closets and drawers. Loved having a huge kitchen and a table big enough for all of us plus another in the sunroom. We had one issue and she immediately had someone come out. Our group was all ladies and having 3 full baths was perfect and we each had a bed without anyone drawing straws for bunks (there arent any)! The beach was just a couple blocks and less crowded than most and the neighborhood is gorgeous. We cant wait to get back!!!!

Nice home, enjoyed our stay VRBO SHOWS CHECKOUT at 11am however it’s 10am. I didn't find out until telling the property manger I was leaving around 1030. Close to the beach and pier park.

This is a great location for anyone looking to get away from the downtown area. It was about 5 miles from pier park. Two blocks from access to the water. The house was great plenty of room to move around. Grandkids(6 yrs & 4 yrs) loved it and didn’t want to leave. Our hostess Mica was fantastic answered every question we had.

We Really Enjoyed Our Stay-

This home was perfect for our family. Having 3 bathrooms is Wonderful!! Very large space and everyone was comfortable. We love this side of Panama City because of the old Florida homes and this house matched that feel for us. Easy communication when it was time to get our code for entrance and Monica available if we needed her. We look forward to our next vacation in this area and hope the home will be available for us. Highly recommended for large families- So Much Space!
