This beautiful one bedroom 2 full bath condo on the 4th floor is on the west end of Panama beach.

Note: There is a one-time fee of 45.00 per parking pass that is not included in the condo rental amount. This is a third party fee for the parking deck.

It is the most desired area in Panama City Beach! Enjoy unbeatable views of the sparkling emerald green water and soft, white sand. See dolphins, turtles and other sea life from your private balcony!

Seasonal beach service is included in this rental. Beach Service includes loungers for two guest with an umbrella for shade when needed...
(Beach service is offered from March 1st through October 31st.)

There is a KING bed in the master bedroom. Twin bunks are in the hall. This condo will sleep up to six when the sleeper sofa is utilized.

From the living room, relax and enjoy the smart tv after a long day at the beach.

The kitchen is fully stocked for making meals when you feel like dining in. There is a full size coffee pot, blender and cooking utensils.

Great view! Perfect location for us. The condo was listed very accurately and was spacious. Easy in and out. The sand is so white here and close to many state parks. Definitely thinking of returning.

When we first went in it smelled really clean as the days went on it was very musty smelling. There were ants in the bathroom that adjoins the bedroom. Other bath was very nice, The ice maker worked some but not all the time. Everything thing felt damp. The chairs in the living room were sticky feeling. The game boxes felt damp also. May need a dehumidifier?? The funiture on the balcony was very nice. The bed slept great.

Last minute getaway

Booked the condo 2 days before we arrived. We were able to check in early, while I know this was just really lucky, it was really nice. Alesia was great to work with. The only thing that would have made it better would have been to stay another week or 2.

PCB

Overall stay way good. There were dirty towels hanging in the bathroom when we got there. The couch smells musty and would be nice to have some dish soap and extra trash bags. Access to beach is good. Check in process is easy. Probably wouldn’t stay in PCB again because of all the tourist but the condo was nice.

It had a beautiful view from the balcony however the majority of the time there was the smell of marijuana, cigarettes or dog barking.I told staff, she told me that there is nothing they can do until I can get them a picture of the person doing this. We enjoyed the pool.However my 7 year old daughter was told by staff that if she was not 12 years old then she had to get out. This caused her to cry. On the spa rules it had any one under the age of (it was blank) must be supervised by an adult. She was supervised by me. When questioned about the rule,staff had to ask another staff if it was okay and it was.The staff did tell her that she was not in any trouble after realizing that she is able to be in there as the sign said with supervision.The first full day that we were there, I reached out to the person we booked through, to report that the air conditioner was loud, it sounded like an airplane.I also reported the garbage disposal did not work as well as the toilet in the master bathroom kept running.I was informed that maintenance would be there on Monday and that no one had to be there for them to come.As of check out on Sat, the noises from the air and toilet had kept us up all week.The garbage disposal was still broke.Also the blinds in the living room was so thin that in the morning, there was no sleeping in if we were able to.Need a new shower rod, handle on balcony door, and a dust pan to sweep.It was not worth the cost that we paid for all the issues.

Needs some work

Great location, view, and balcony. No wait for elevators, parking was tight but spaces always available. However, this particular unit leaves much to be desired. It was very dusty, including the dishes in the kitchen cabinets. AC unit sounds like an airplane coming in for a landing when turning off and on. Pull out sofa bed and bunk beds were not comfortable as you could feel the springs. Batteries in the tv remotes were corroded and didn't work. No dust pan to go with the broom, which made keeping the floors clean impossible. Fitted sheet on king bed did not stay on the mattress. Master shower made a high pitched screeching sound. Nice that a fan was provided in the bedroom, but it was disgustingly dirty. So yeah overall, lots of cleaning and maintenence issues had us feeling like we paid way too much money for what we got in return. Luckily we still enjoyed our time in PCB.

Great stay overall, would book again for the price.

Great view, lower floor was a plus for the family. Beach chairs included was a bonus. The room had games for the family and included dishes utensils and paper towels. The layout was nice and comfy. The only issues we experienced were, air conditioner was noisy, hair left in bathtub and the washing machine needs maintenance, its front load so mildew was built up and left a smell.
