We truly enjoyed our weekend stay at this property. The duplex was exceptionally clean and very well stocked. The location was conveniently close to restaurants, grocery stores, and the boat docks; which was perfect for a diving trip. The hosts were quick to respond to requests, as well. We enjoyed our stay and will book again on next dive trips.

The property was very clean and just like pictures and description. The refrigerator broke the second day we were there which ruined all of our food. We weren’t able to utilize the refrigerator or freezer during our stay and had to eat out for every meal during our entire trip. The host offered to reimburse us for a cooler to store our groceries but the food had already ruined at that point. I provided a very generous amount for him to reimburse our food cost (about 1/4 of what we actually paid for groceries and dining out) and he declined. I would ensure if renting this property that you periodically make sure the appliances work. Or plan to eat out for every meal. I would not recommend nor rent here again.

Clean Reasonably Priced

The property was neat and clean. Only issues we had was promptly addressed by text with owner. Great value and would stay again. Only issues we had was 1) thermostat is preprogrammed and property owner controls. After a couple of texts we settled on 68 for 24-hour, entirety of stay. 2) It's a duplex and the first morning, with two vehicles next door, we had COLD WATER. It was never an issue again as they left or our showers didn't time together. FYI-the washer dryer is in a closet type room accessible from outside only and not air conditioned. This wasn't an issue for us and we did use it. Great value near a lot of restaurants and close to everything.

Super Clean and Well equipped!!

Pictures in the listing do not do this place justice. We are clean freaks and this place was awesome. We were blown away when we first opened the front door. It is so well kept. The owners go above and beyond to have this place so well equipped. Everything is thought of and communication with the owners was always quick and easy. It is off the beaten path but sill with in close range of all the various activities you want to do when in PCB. A huge bonus for us it was less than 2 minutes from our go to spot for breakfast. (Andy's Flower Power Cafe). It is in a residential area that we felt very comfortable and safe in . Which is great as we were down for bike week and our motorcycle was out on the drive. We will be planning to stay again during our next bike week visit to PCB.

Great house and awesome location

My husband and I came to Panama City for our 20 year anniversary! The owner of the house was awesome. When we got there he had an anniversary gift waiting for us. The house is beautiful on the inside. The beds are so comfortable! We enjoyed walking our husky around the neighborhood. Everything was perfect. The only thing that could have made it better would be to fence in the backyard. I hope we can stay again in a couple of months! Thank you for making our anniversary week special and memorable.

The property was exactly as listed. The "extra touches" when we walked in were so thoughtful (lighting, TV screensaver, ice cream, snacks, even the calming scent)! We also appreciate the items in the bathroom and kitchen that were there--just in case we forgot an essential. You can tell a lot of thought went into getting this home ready for guests. Quick communication responses with the owner before we arrived. (We didn't have any problems/questions to contact him with during the stay.) The neighborhood is cute and "homey"--lots of people doing yard work and walking dogs--very friendly! It is just a block away from the "main road" walking paths. We drove to the beach everyday (5 min or so to public access, but we opted for the 8 min drive to the state park beach). Morning walks with my dog were gorgeous--walking over the bridge from "upper lagoon" to "lower lagoon" was breathtaking for the sunrise and for the dolphins playing! (Set your alarm for the sunrise walk--you won't regret it!) If you don't need to be right on the beach, this is a great option to be super close to everything without the congestion of being "downtown PCB"--close to restaurants, stores, marinas, touristy things, etc. Thank you for a great stay! We appreciate your hospitality and beautiful home! :-)

Really nice and close to everything!

We loved our stay at PCB! The host was great, and very helpful. The house is cute, clean, and close to everything. My only complaint is that it wasn’t the most dog friendly. When I tried to let my pups outside, the neighbor’s dog came out and jumped on the fence (the fence is rather short and not that strong, so it made me nervous). Also, when I walked out to the backyard, there were a bunch of sand spurs that got stuck in my feet and our dog’s paws! I would stay here again, but not with our dogs. Overall, it was a very nice place though!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a surprise visit to our daughter and son in law for Christmas. Perfect space for opening a few gifts and spending time with our Granddaughter. We did not need a thing. Thank you for all the little things left for us. We loved the quiet neighborhood also to walk our dog in. Great experience and my Mom was totally impressed.

It’s all in the details

The attention to detail in this place is amazing! From the goodie baskets to the pre-set lighting and temperature to welcome you when you arrive. Disposable toothbrushes and quality shower products. I was blown away . The furniture and decor are amazing as well. Location was great. Close to everything we needed. House is all tile which makes it very pet friendly. Def recommend this place to anyone traveling with a small family and/or pets. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.
