Updated with a rejuvenating coastal ambiance, this two-story Florida cottage offers the seclusion and tranquility of a perfect coastal getaway. It’s prime location just off scenic Highway 30A is just minutes from the sugar-white Seacrest beaches, Camp Creek Golf Club, as well as all the shopping, entertainment and dining options 30A has to offer.



Hardwood floors, granite countertops, Victorian paneling, and beachy undertones are just a few of the features that make this home worthwhile escape. The living room offers comfy furnishings while the dining area offers seating for 6 with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The dining room and living room lead to a fully screened-in patio, perfect for the whole family to unwind and enjoy the seabreeze.



All of the rooms are equipped with brand new mattresses! Two bedrooms are conveniently located on the first floor; one with a King-sized bed and private bath, the other with a two sets of children’s bunk beds with bath directly across the hall. The second floor holds two bedrooms; a master suite with a King-sized bed, walk-in closet, a spacious bathroom with double vanities, and a shower/tub combo. The second guest bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A large balcony is accessible from both the master suite and guest bedroom, perfect for peaceful evenings under the stars.

It was a beautiful place ! Clean and perfect for a family stay. Only issues ...use of the private beach should be explained a little better we went and were told we could only use part often beach . Also one of the bikes doesn't work properly as well as the lights on the enclosed porch . Other than that our stay was great !

Location and property are fantastic. Community pool is nice for the neighborhood. Our only issue we had were all the bike tires were flat. There was no place to air them up. Staying in this area it would have been so nice to take advantage of this opportunity. The property itself is so well layed out and sleeping areas were fantastic traveling with only adults. The house was sooo clean !!! We will absolutely book again.

Lovely House in a beautiful neighborhood across from the beach

House has everything and is very spacious. Room for everyone. Upstairs and downstairs AC controls. Great porch with woods all around. Feels very secluded. Close to all the restaurants and shopping. Very close to many state parks and hiking trails. We cooked chili and breakfast while we were there and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Lovely home

The decor was lovely. Very comfortable. There is no pantry area though if you are planning on cooking. Be sure to bring sal & pepper because they don’t have it! It is close to the pool but beach is far with no shuttle. I appreciate the cleanliness of the home. I appreciate the wagons in the storage to help take the kids to beach!

The process for check in and staying was super easy and the place was plenty big and very clean. Only feedback would be that “private beach access” was misleading. You arrive on someone else’s private beach and unless you want to spend a couple hundred dollars on their beach chairs then you have to walk quite a bit farther to get to the public beach access. This should have been more clear in the property info and description. Overall, good experience and nice location. You can bike to several restaurants and shops which makes it nice that bikes are part of the rental.

Great location near Alyss Beach. Great beach access. Community pool was nice. Publix nearby on 98. Family enjoyed the bikes but would have preferred a golf cart. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. Back porch on lower level could have been swept to remove fossilized frogs. In kitchen, trash was left behind trash container. Only 1 kitchen towel and no mitts to remove hot trays from oven. No salt/pepper. Area is a bit rustic. Kind of in the woods. Overall, we enjoyed the property.

Turns out we stayed here 4 years ago as well with a different family. Exact same unit. Has been updated nicely…only feedback is lack of cabinet space now that they took out some cabinets to open it up between kitchen and living room. Not a big deal though in the scheme of things. :)

Fall Break Trip

This house is exactly as described. I gave four stars on cleanliness only because the master bath has older tile. It's almost impossible to keep that 100% clean and looking like new, but the crew had done a nice job. The guests prior to our check-in failed to take the three garbage cans to the street for service, so a small animal had spread garbage along the tree line. This is no fault of the home owners or service provider, but it created a small mess while waiting for the next trash day. I also gave four stars due to this house being at the back of the Magnolia by the Sea Community. It is properly listed in the description, but the walk back from the beach got pretty tiring hauling our beach gear up the three flights of stairs to get to the walkway, then down to the house. It is definitely doable, and we made the walk daily, along with our six year old carrying her beach gear, but I believe this is our max distance we could do. It was definitely helpful to stop midway for a pool break, but this was only necessary after a long beach day. I would book this home again (with chair/umbrella service). It had everything we needed for a great week!

Nice property, but issues with those who manage it.. High cleaning fee and had to pick up multiple bags of trash from previous guests due to something getting in the trash the first night. Trash is throughout the landscaped areas and had a roach in main bedroom downstairs. Only way to contact management is via email. They are nice but good luck if you expect any service recovery for any major issues like we had with the trash on day 1 and then no one to take it out through the week, that’s on the guest. May want to post which day the trash truck runs for future guest? Overall it was a nice property. They did come out and fix a loose step, surprised no one did anything about this before we raised a concern.

Nice house close to the beach

The house was sufficient for this trip. It was clean and worked out great for our group. The beds were comfortable. The living room furniture needs to be cleaned. You have to walk a little way to the beach and over a main road. It was a nice area but a 20+ minute drive to Panama City, and an hour to Destin. The Donut Hole not far from the house is a must stop! Red Velvet and Blueberry's donuts were awesome.

Turkey Week 2021

This home has a great location for a cool weather stay. We used every single space in the home. We had 4 adults 4 high school girls and an 11 year old. There was a spot for everyone and plenty of bathrooms. A few things I would switch up; there is NO storage for food...the hall closet could easily have shelves added for food storage (we had to store food on top of the washing machine and all over counters). Kitchen was VERY well stocked had everything we needed. Screen porch was nice...a TV out there would be fabulous our neighbors had that and we enjoyed heading to their house to use their outdoor space to watch football. One last thing closets on second floor need lights....its so dark we had to use our phones flashlight too see! These are nit picky things but all things that could and should be upgraded. We would stay here again.

Great location, nice home, great for families

I give this home 5 stars for its location and set up for families and would highly recommend renting this home. It was clean and communication with the property management company was easy and prompt. A few things to know before you arrive The kithen is well stocked with dishes and many cooking utensils, pots and pans. There are no spices or any condiments, not even salt & pepper so bring everything you need. There isn't any space to put groceries away in cabinet are all are full of dishes, etc. Also, there is private beach access but you are not allowed on the private beaches you have to stay on the public beach area -which is about 300 down the beach. This rental doesn't have any beach chairs or toys.

It was ok

Dog hair on couches someone took a dog there before us and left dog hair all over couches and outside screened in patio. Then when we first got there someone kicked the trash over left trash all over the parking spaces and 1 of the trash cans was left upside down with trash coming out of it had to clean it up to park our car what a let down and racoons tore up the insulation from under the house its all over the outside of the house really trashy needs a good clean up around the outside
