When you step out of the back door onto the patio, you are just past the deep end of the pool and only steps away from the beach and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. perfect for girls trip ! could have been a little cleaner the sheets had makeup on them so they had not been changed. Other than the cleaning it was perfect !!! The views were awesome and we were right next to pool .

Great location for families

Our family of 4 stayed for 5 days and this was our second year at Latitude 29 (#25 this time). The location is great…close enough to the city life and activities(Panama City), but allows for a more quiet location on the beach. Yet, you have access to a pool for the little kids or when the ocean is a bit crazy. The condos are small but perfect, as much of your time is outside in the FL sun. RealJoy is a great management company who really do well with customer care and needs.. Always reliable and their response rate is great. We will continue to be repeat customers.

4th Year

This is our 4th year returning to Latitude 29. Great property with very sweet onsite staff. The unit was clean- however there were a few TINY issues left unaddressed from previous tenant (they left a note on counter), long blinds didn’t close in living room for privacy or light blockout- dishwasher didn’t work- & ice maker didn’t work. Nothing major and didn’t inhibit our trip at all. Real Joy was great with communication and offered to send someone out if we wished- but we opted to leave alone during our stay. Overall- Property is perfect- and this is irrelevant to individual units- but I wish Latitude 29 didn’t LOCK up and put the lounge chairs on a sun deck. It’s isolating from family and I was unable to relax/ sunbathe while watching the kids play. I attempted the “sundeck”- but it was super hot with no breeze and again isolating, but that is direct for Latitude 29- not this individual unit. We will be back- year after year. 😊 Hoping to rent multiple units for a family reunion next year.
