The resort offers guests 3 (2 heated) swimming pools, 3 hot tubs, fitness center, poolside bar & grill, & BBQ grills.

This beachfront condominium offers over 700 square feet of coastal living space. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for family and friends. There is an indoor dining table as well as additional breakfast bar seating. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with floor-to-ceiling views of the gulf, a flat screen television, and access to the unit's spacious private balcony that features a lounger, gliding chairs and a gliding bench. Sip a cup of coffee or a cocktail overlooking the beach. The gulf front master bedroom offers a King bed, flat screen television, and ensuite bathroom featuring double sinks and oversized tub/shower combo. The sofa in the living room does pull out into a Queen bed, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 4. For your convenience, there is also a washing machine and dryer located inside the unit for your use.

- 1 Parking Pass is included with your reservation (this includes trailers & motorcycles). An additional pass can be purchased from the office for $35 (excluding the week of and after the 4th of July.)
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
