The Coral Cabana is quite possibly the most convenient unit to the pool (and beach!) in all of High Pointe—an exclusive gated resort south of 30a. Fifteen steps to the pool, and only a few more to the beach. Just walk right off the shady porch to the luxurious lagoon pool—one of the best on 30A. Enjoy unlimited access to Crabby Steve’s—one of the only true beach bars on 30a located inside the gates of High Pointe, and steps from The Coral Cabana. Nestled between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, High Pointe resort is a gated complex featuring a huge pool, lavish landscaping, tennis courts, a playground, and a large private beach with the best of 30a right outside your door. Unlimited shopping and dining experiences abound within easy walking distance. Walk to the donut truck at Alys in the mornings, or ride your bike to George’s for lunch. Walk to Rosemary for fine dining at Pescado or Paradis. Or enjoy live music and pizza right across the street at Peddler’s Pavilion. Pick up groceries on your way, and you never need to get in the car again. The Coral Cabana is on the ground floor with plentiful parking right outside your door. The 1500-square-foot unit features three spacious bedrooms—two masters, and an additional bedroom with two queens, and three attached bathrooms. The unit is even better than the pictures. The ease of the pool and beach were amazing. It suited our family of 6 just fine, but could easily accommodate more. We walked everywhere. Would stay here again easily!

Lovely Condo

I have stayed at High Point before. I really liked our condo this year. First floor right outside a gate to the pool. We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed our stay. The condo was extremely nice and we only had one issue that they took care of immediately. The management company did an awesome job communicating. This isn’t a ding but I wish rentals considered providing an Air Fryer especially for teens.

Wonderful Stay at Coral Cabana

We had a wonderful stay at Coral Cabana. The property is very nice and spacious. The location is perfect for elderly and little ones. No stairs. We had a maintenance issue that was dealt with quickly and with little disruption. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great place, liked location near pool and enjoyed patio. Property manager was responsive with a few issues and got taken care of.I will say it no longer looks like the photos, they remodeled some with different colors. busy wall paper, etc. Still a great place and fantastic stay! Helpful info: We did a walmart order twice and it was delivered to door. Only had1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and no salt or pepper, so plan on getting those items when you shop. Glad a few of us brought lightweight beach towels, as the place only has white bath towels, something I forgot to check.

Fantastic Place!

This place is incredible. We’ve stayed at High Pointe for 5 years now, and this was our favorite thus far. The convenience of being on the first floor was everything, especially with having little ones in tow. The property owner reached out directly to provide guidance on potential severe weather headed our way, and we truly appreciated the concern and care we received from him. The place was very clean, and a perfect match for our family (5 adults and 2 children). We will definitely be returning!

We had the best time at this property! It was a great location especially with our kids to the proximity to the pool. One of the only properties in sight that had a ramp down to the beach as well! They communicated wonderfully and quick with us!

Great Location

The listing was accurate in description, but I did not appreciate just how close everything was to the main area of Rosemary/Seacrest. Also the wide beach front area of the resort itself lended it be less busy relative to the neighboring properties. Beach access was quick and easy. The rooms were spacious and the condo had everything we needed. I would stay again at this location and this place in particular. We had a fantastic time.

Great trip at High Pointe

Loved the location of this condo! Easy to walk right out your door to the pool or beach. Also loved the complex location. Right next to Rosemary - walkable to so much. With all of the "private" beach issues on 30a, this complex has a large area of private beach. Also loved having Crabby Steve's right on site. The condo is showing some age, could use some touch up paint, updates and extra cleaning. Overall would definitely return!

Family Beach Thanksgiving

We had a great week! The accommodations were clean and spacious allowing plenty of room for the five of us. Just a short walk to the beach or shops that line 30A. Management team reached out to make sure that when we arrived we were able to access the security gate at the property entrance without any issues. They were very responsive to our requests. Look forward to staying here again in the future.

We had another fun time staying at this specific property. It is really convenient to the beach, the property pool and things in the area. Also, the property management is very responsive and helpful (if needed). Will be back again!

Great location

The condo unit was in a great location. Close access to beach, shops and restaurants. Fan in livingroom didn’t work upon check in. Called management office but issue never was resolved. When traveling from out of state, you are not equipped with essential amenities. Unit was very scarce on amenities such as hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, garbage bags as well as any essentials needed to cook any meal. With all being said, I would absolutely rent again. High Point Condo complex is a great spot.

Great Location plus quiet, private and safe

We've stayed in 30A 4 times now and all four in different areas and with different guests. If you are staying with a smaller group and only need 3 rooms, prioritize convenient beach access that is not crowded, ok with a shared pool and prefer to walk just a few minutes to food and nightlife then this is the spot for you. Having stayed in houses the past three 30A trips we were a little worried that a 3 bedroom/3 bath condo would feel crowded and 'resort like' BUT this spot really still felt secluded and private but the kids were still able to find some friends and not feel like we were totally isolated. Some of the surrounding buildings and pool and everything are a little dated for this area but the condo inside did not feel dated. For being on the bottom floor and on the beach side (typically sand, bugs, etc.) it was surprisingly clean and in fact we didn't see a bug in the unit all week.
