Last Minute Spring Break Trip

This property is in the perfect location. It is on the quiet side of Panama very close to Rosemary Beach and Seaside.

The house was big and mostly clean. If cooking is your thing plan to bring pots and pans because what on site is both limited and old. The rooms are spacious and the primary suite was very nice. The washer/dryer issue that is reported in so many comments is resolved and the new machines are large and work just fine. The location was awesome and away from busy crowds from the major resorts. The highlight (and what deserves 5 stars) was the management company. From start to end of the trip they were always responsive and available. We had an issue during our stay and they bent over backwards to ensure it was made right and quickly! I cannot recommend them more and appreciate their (/Liam) actions to keep our family vacation enjoyable.

The beach location is perfect

We loved where it was located. I thought the rooms would have been bigger according to the pics. You will NOT be doing alot of laundry with the all in one appliance they have in there. It is a all in one and itvwill take 2 and half hours tobdo one load of laundry.washer/dryer

My family enjoyed this place. It was exactly what we wanted for location(quite beach) and entertainment for the whole family. We will definitely book this place again. It had a few things that needed updated but looks like some renovations have already been done. The washer/dryer was the combo kind. It was very tiny. I could only wash like 4 bathing towels at a time and it took hours to get them to wash and dry. This was inconvenient for a family of 9. But this was not enough to keep me from booking again.
