With balcony access from both the family room and master bedroom, the Gulf view with the beautifully landscaped areas, lagoon pool, and waterfalls will lull you into la la land! You will enjoy our spacious deluxe 2BR/2BA beautifully decorated condo with new furniture. Relax and enjoy the gulf view from our new Tommy Bahama Chaise Lounge Queen Sleeper sofa and swivel rocker recliners. Enjoy the flat screen LED 47' TV. Try the new comfortable daybed for napping, daydreaming, and reading. New tile floors!

Our beautiful dining table seats six- with additional seating for 3 on the barstools. Enjoy cooking with an ocean view! Newly updated granite countertops, fully equipped kitchen. All new stainless steel appliances including great new microwave and toaster oven. All new kitchen accessories- fully equipped kitchen. New full size washer and dryer in the unit. Great pantry space.

Enjoy our spacious Master Bedroom with amazing views! New carpet in both bedrooms!Relax on the chaise lounge, watch the 42' LED smart TV, or just take a snooze on the king-size bed with memory foam. Walk-in closet with lots of closet and storage space. Private bathroom - separate sink area with new granite counter top. Separate tub/shower area. All new accessories. High thread count cotton linens and plush towels and washcloths.

Guest Room has 2 new gel pillow top Queen size beds. After sleeping on these comfortable beds, guests have ordered these mattresses for their home use. This bedroom features a wall mounted 32' flat LED TV which easily pivots so it can be seen from both beds. Adjoins bathroom with new granite counter tops and shower/tub.

Edgewater Resort is known for their many wonderful amenities. Eleven pools to choose from including a new children's water park, beautiful lagoon pool with waterfalls, and an in season heated pools! There are multiple hot tubs to relax in. Check out our golf course and spa/gym. Our onsite restaurant 'Oceans' has pool-side dining for those who want to eat in their swimsuits or inside dining with a great ocean view. There is also a convenience store to buy those last-minute or forgotten items -including beach accessories.

For your information: *The property parking lot can only accommodate a maximum of 3 cars per stay.

The condo was just as described for our family of 6. It was clean. The beds were all comfortable even the sofa bed. It was nice to be by the big pool and the beach. My kids loved all the beach accessories. The owner was super nice and communicated well.

Family Beach Trip

I have been coming to PCB for over 40 years and this has to be my favorite place to stay. The view from the balcony and bedroom were amazing! We all loved the pool area. The beds were all comfortable but my favorite piece of furniture was the reading/lounge chair in the master bedroom. Hopefully we will definitely stay here again.

Girls Trip♡

Great girls trip with my sister, daughters and granddaughter. Edgewater Resort with Oceans Bar and Grill on-site was perfect with great food and drinks. Loved our condo, Jeannie was so accommodating, especially with providing the chairs and umbrella on the beach. We definitely want to come back!

There was nothing we did not like definitely everything was wonderful the communication was great definitely return customer. We enjoyed the Big lagoon pool and the waterfalls my grandkids love the hot tubs and the beach our hostess was very informative and was on call anytime we had a question and gave us a lot of amenities beach toys and chairs beach towels it was great we didn't have to worry about that we had forgot something at home.

Second timer.

Last year was our first stay here but when I decided to go back I went straight here. Condo is nice and clean, has very comfortable beds, plenty of room in the bedrooms, you are right above the pool. The pool is gorgeous. The property is clean, elevators are pretty quick AND it’s right on the ocean.

Everything was so convenient for us. Loved staying at the condo. Location was ideal. My only recommendations are upgrading the living room furniture. Bathrooms bathtubs were getting stopped up when taking a shower which is a minor renovation. But, otherwise all was good. Definitely want to come back.

Edgewater properties are always amazing. This second floor unit is just as wonderful. Everything is very clean, and there are plenty of nice quality towels in both bathrooms. Both bedrooms have TVs and extra blankets, etc. Our party of eight had plenty of room. I started each morning on the balcony with a cup of coffee looking over the lagoon pool and ocean. Jeannie is the owner, and is very responsive. She always does her part to make our stay stress free. This was our third time staying in this particular unit. Looking forward to next time!

The property was nice. Loved the pool and overall everything was great. We had an issue with the room not being cleaned when we arrived. The owner quickly contacted the cleaners: they came out right away but it was still inconvenient especially when you’re ready to relax after driving nearly 12 hours. She did say she’d make it up and send a gift card which I never received. But overall our stay was nice even with that mishap.

Okay- definitely needs updating!

This is not a horrible place by anymeans and the host is very sweet and comunicates well . The pool area is very nice! However, everything in the condo is in much need of an update!!! It was fairly clean, but several areas could have used some TLC. Couch is wore out ,the front door was hard to lock, we constantly had water on the bathroom floor when showering and the beach chairs/umbrella service is not even at this facility. Its quite the hike with all of your belongings and kids in tow even with a wagon- not convenient! Not a bad place, but definitely needs some love! Just wasnt quite what we expected.

Wonderful property!

This is our second time staying at this property, and Jeannie is wonderful to work with. The second floor unit is immaculate! The beds are comfortable, and there are plenty of towels. The kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed our coffee on the balcony every morning. Jeannie is very attentive if you have any questions. We will definately stay here again!

Fantastic Condo on a great property!

I'll begin by rating this condo A++++. Jeannie made the check-in process easy as can be. The condo set-up was perfect. Large master suite was great for the adults and the separate bedroom and bathroom for the teens was great! Everything you could possibly need was stocked up in the kitchen, plenty of extra towels and bedding/blankets, along with tons of items to make your beach visit more enjoyable. Being a 2nd floor unit was the best because we didn't have to wait for elevator service. Book this room! It was everything we wanted and more!
