This ground floor condo is easily accessible for all, young or old and is much more convenient for arrival and departure, bringing in luggage or groceries not to mention for our snow birds or parents with young children, there are NO stairs to climb. Beach Villa Bliss offers all you need for the perfect beach getaway or retreat from harsh winter weather! A spacious living area offers ample seating, a 75” Roku smart TV with streaming capability and a covered patio off the living room with seating to enjoy a peaceful golf course view. The our fully-equipped kitchen is updated with modern appliances and all you need for whipping up delectables: pots, pans, utensils, air fryer plus a toaster, blender, and a Keurig Duo so you can make coffee for the group or coffee for one. The dining area is arranged with a table and bar seating that looks into living room.

The master bedroom features a premium king size bed, smart TV, clothing storage, a large sliding door to access the patio which also looks out at the golf course, a desk with chair and an ensuite bathroom with large double vanity and a stunning walk-in tiled shower.
The guest bedroom offers two new queen beds and premium mattresses, sliding doors to a 2nd covered patio faces the beach and provides for enjoying beautiful sunsets. There is a smart TV and access to our guest bathroom with an updated walk-in tiled shower.
A full-sized washer/dryer, Directv and complimentary Wifi complete your stay, adding convenience to your comfort.
This golf villa will comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests with brand new queen size sofa sleeper with gel mattress. Please note max occupancy is 8 per local fire code. Pets/ESA are not allowed.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $200 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles. We provide starter amounts of soaps, dish and laundry tabs and paper products (like tp, paper towels, and trash bags). Please plan to bring/buy additional if your stay is longer than a couple of days.
There is also beach towels for your use: Pool/beach items like chairs and floats can be found in the storage container just outside the front door. Please return them when not using them.
The luxurious Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is Panama City Beach's ONLY full-service resort. Just over the resort pedestrian bridge, you'll find a full restaurant, tiki bar, huge oceanside lagoon pool, kids splash area, Starbucks, market, ice cream parlor, 4 hot tubs, water sports/activities, beach chair service (pool and beach), and more. On the villa (our) side of the resort is a 9-hole golf course, Pro Shop, fitness center, basketball/ tennis/ shuffleboard/pickleball courts, clubhouse, and convention center.
Just outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, sushi, and even a Subway, Waffle House, and Taco Bell The shopping center also has a bowling alley/arcade and sports bar.
