The condo is well appointed with everything you may need for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to enjoy a home cooked meal after a long day at the beach. Soak in the breeze from the privacy of your own balcony overlooking the Gulf!
The Master bedroom has a King bed with a private en suite bathroom, double sink vanity with upgraded granite countertops and plenty of space.
The bunk area is located in the hallway and has its own bathroom.
The open living room is very spacious and perfectly set up for everyone to gather round and connect during vacationing in PCB and create the perfect memories for years to come!
Grand Panama City Beach resort is the PREMIER RESORT in Panama City Beach. This is an all inclusive gated community with many amenities and luxuries which will include a convention center. All of this is sitting on 35 acres with 14 acres being left for common areas. The complex features two buildings, park your car at the back building, settle in, unpack and walk through the covered walkway and you are at the beach.

The space

Extremely well thought out setting for the ultimate getaway. The building has its own private pool as well as another one in the complex. Once inside, it truly feels like you are in a resort and you do not have leave again.
All the amenities are available year round and will include a fitness room, 2 in-ground pools (one Heated), 2 spas, tiki bars and much more.

The condo is extremely spacious and offers great views of the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest upgrades and stocked for a great home cooked meal.
The Master has an en suite bathroom for the ultimate privacy. The guests occupying the bunks and/or sleeper sofa have their own private bathroom, so no need to share. The living area will accommodate all guests comfortably.
One of the best features is the private balcony overlooking the beach. Enjoy a glass of your favorite beverage and soak in the gulf breeze. Truly a heaven on earth experience to recharge you for your next adventure back home.
This complex is located in the Heart of Panama City Beach.

NOTE: $20 fee per vehicle (up to 2 vehicles per unit) is due at the property for parking pass, all wrist bands tgat give access to all amenities are complimentary.

CHECK IN TIMES: Check in time is after 4:30 pm, due to extremely long waits at the elevators or traffic , housekeeping teams are trying to service all units as fast as possible, but please note that there may be delays on busy days. Please, take that into consideration before booking and be patient if they are still working in your unit. Over 98% of units are ready for arrival at 4:30. No refunds will be given due to delays caused by these factors.

AMENITIES:There will be starter package provided of paper products and consumables only to last for the first day or so. Please, take this into consideration when you do your grocery shopping!

We were very happy with our stay overall. The price was fair compared to beachfront condos in Tower 1, and this unit still offered a wonderful view. The condo was clean and spacious, and our children (ages 6 and 8) loved the bunk beds. Our 17-year-old planned to use the pull-out sofa, but ended up sleeping on the couch itself due to lack of support.There were a few areas that could be improved. We were disappointed that the unit did not have a secondary security lock. I’ve never stayed anywhere without a latch or deadbolt that can’t be unlocked from the outside, and knowing that cleaning, maintenance, or owners could access with the code was unsettling. The unit could also use some updates:‱The dishwasher pods provided did not dissolve properly, though liquid detergent worked.‱The coffee maker was missing its basket (the owner did offer to reimburse if I purchased one).‱The main bathroom toilet was slow to flush and required water poured in to fully clear.All of these issues were reported to the owner, who was very responsive and communicated quickly. None of these inconveniences ruined our trip, but for the price, we did not expect to encounter so many minor details needing attention.Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, and we still enjoyed our stay and vacation. With a few updates and a secondary lock for added peace of mind, this condo could be excellent.

The room was nasty and i have emailed several times with no helpful answers I had to soray thee room repeatedly with FeBreeze and burn candle due to the overwhelming smell of pet urineThere was pet fecese under the oull out bed in the livingroom and urine stains all over the naster bedroom mattress I had asked for my money back because we did NOT want to continue our stay and of course i have pictures of all the things i have mentioned and sent those in my email as well i get 1 week out of the year and this is how we spent it we work really hard to come to Florida and this is how it was spent, with much regret

Great place to stay!!

This condo at grand Panama is perfect for everyone. Its easy accessible, near the pool on the deck at the 2nd tower. Super easy walk to the beach and near tons of places to eat. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at a condo at grand panama and its our new famiky vacation destination from now on. Easy to check in and we were able to check in earlier than expected which was great. The rooms were clean and our frenchie was able to come along with us which was a plus.you can sit on the balcony and see the beach. 10/10 recommend.

Disappointing

Trust the reviews. That's all I have to say. If you have a normal-sized dog, don't bother reading the pet-friendly property disclosure. Instead, enjoy your hard-earned money somewhere that is decent.

The View was great and location! But the condo floors were dirty, both vanity’s have water damage, mold in bathrooms. Kitchen & bathroom drawers were dirty inside, patio furniture is old & stained. “This condo would be so nice with some TLC”**Manager was very courteous to us.

Location is good and condo is nice but there is a terrible for problem. The owner sent someone to wash the couch. It helped a lot but you still smell dog pee. Outdoor furniture should have been replaced a long time ago.

Property is located in an excellent location for the beach. Convenient bridge to cross over to the beach side. Views were great. Unit needs some minor maintenance which I brought to the owners attention. Overall it was comfortable and close to the beach

Black mold on the ceiling in several different areas.

Location was great but the room its self was not so great. First off there was black mold in almost every room and around the vents in the ceiling. Floors was not clean at all room smelled like wet dog. I understand no one’s perfect but this room needs a lot of work with the mold problem. And whoever is cleaning the rooms isn’t doing a good job we found toenails in the floor you would just walk across the floor and the bottoms of your feet would turn black. I will not be back!!!

Condo building and location great-cleanliness not so much

The location/condo building and view is excellent. Cleanliness terrible. Do not walk in your socks, they will be black underneath quickly and black spots by air vent appears to be mold in living room and moldy shower curtain in bathroom. Tv remote missing batteries, we had to buy some and lightbulbs with 3 lights out upon arrival. The beach is gorgeous and since we spent most time away from the condo we still had a fabulous vacay. It was cleaner when we left because i cleaned a lot to feel comfortable enough to stay a week. Patio furniture is old and needs cleaning and updating as well. I will say the large master bathroom and shower were wonderful and the location and view. Bunk beds only good for small kids, very hard and uncomfortable. King bed was comfortable in bedroom and washer and dryer is a plus and clean and was a nice addition.

The condo was clean, only issue was absolutely NO where to put clothes for people sleeping in the bunks. No storage at all. The room smelled of sewage the entire time. It took at least 15-20 mins every single time we tried to use the elevators. We would not stay at this property again.
