Not the Peaceful Beach Stay We Hoped ForOur room itself was nice and clean, though the sliding door in the main room was hard to open. We also had an issue with our television, it had an passcode on it and couldn’t watch anything for the first day until they came to fix it. Unfortunately, the noise from beach parties and traffic made it hard to relax or sleep. Every night there were loud rages on the beach right in front of the east tower that ended with police breaking them up, and the next morning the sand was covered in trash.Security around the pool was overly strict with guests but ignored owners breaking the same rules. We also had to call just to get into our room because the entry code didn’t work. Also, your provided beach chair won’t have a view of the beach as that people are allowed to set their chair right in front of you, and you won’t be able to get a front row either. Those are only for paying customers, not for the already assigned rooms, no matter how early you get up to reserve your seat. Between the noise, the trash, and the inconsistent enforcement, this wasn’t the calm fall break trip we expected.

Calypso 108-1

The property has beautiful views and is a really nice condo. It’s convenient to Pier Park and many good restaurants. The beds were really comfortable. We had a couple of small issues with the 108-1 condo. The shower curtain liner had black mold on the bottom of it. The vinyl sofa had vinyl worn off in numerous places so you had to be careful not to snag clothing and The living room furniture was uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was great.

Customer service was amazing! Location is perfect! Plenty of room for 7 adults to stay in the condo. Loved having walk out beach access and the beach view from the condo was the best part. Hope to stay again soon.

Awesome place to spend spring break! Beautiful clean beach and the included beach chairs were a nice perk. Beds were super comfortable, the unit had everything we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend this condo!

Great location and place; Bad beds

The place has a great location / view and is convenient to basically everything. Only real compliant was the King and queen beds were really uncomfortable and really cheap mattresses. We checked the reviews and the company said the mattresses were new, which may be true, but there were awful. There was also a lack of silverware and dishes (which were also cheap). We're fine with cheap stuff but for another few dollars at least fill up the drawers and cabinets. We had a couple issues and the management company was quick to respond (a positive). Overall great and easy stay but tough rating because of the beds. Building was convenient also.

4 stars because of mattress

I actually loved the condo and would give it 5 stars but the mattress in the master bedroom is absolutely terrible. It is SO nosy and uncomfortable. It should be replaced ASAP. Other than that, the condo was beautiful and clean. Location was perfect. Elevators were fast. Parking in the garage under the building is a game changer. Check in was easy. Love the pool, tiki hut, and ability to walk to Pier Park.

Great beachfront condo

This condo is in an excellent location as it is adjacent to Pier Park and right on the Gulf. The condo itself is clean and has the amenities you need. My only negative comment is that the mattresses, sheets and pillows were not the best quality, but overall it was a nice condo and I would return.

Family vacation also baseball tournament

This was our youngest 1st time to the beach and she had a blast staying here. With the beach and pool right here for her and our other daughter it was the easiest. Our sons baseball team played in a tournament and most of the team stayed here at the resort which made it very nice. Would stay again.

Love this condo!

Great spot in PCB! We loved the clean beach, beautiful water, and location. A short walk to the pier and plenty of shopping and restaurants. Walmart/Target/mall just a couple minutes away for groceries and anything you forgot to bring. The condo is very nice and updated, clean and well kept, ocean front balcony great for sitting and taking it all in. We would definitely come back!
