Located in an ideal spot at the incomparable Edgewater Beach Resort, Changes in Attitude #2306 is right by the convention center, Pro Shop, golf course, sport courts, villa pool (seasonally heated), and just a few steps to the pedestrian bridge to the beach, lagoon pool, Oceans Restaurant, and more.

This second floor villa is as beautiful inside as the resort is outside. With a large living area, comfortable couches (with sleeper sofa), large dining table to gather for meals and games, and two balconies with outdoor seating, Changes in Attitude offers ample space for your group of eight (max) to spread out. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you need--from pots/pans to dishes and utensils and all small appliances including a traditional full coffee pot. A full sized washer and dryer provide convenience. A smart TV and complimentary high speed wifi keep you connected.

Step in the newly renovated master bedroom where you'll find a king bed, ceiling fan, clothing storage, smart TV and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in closet and walk in shower. Our second bedroom offers two queen beds, ceiling fan, clothing storage, smart TV and access to the second bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The sleeper sofa rounds out sleeping options for eight guests.

Perfectly located between Front Beach Rd and Middle Beach Rd, guests can access any of the fantastic restaurants, water parks, grocery stores and more and avoid the traffic of getting there. We're less than 5 miles to Pier Park, located just west of the Thomas Drive and Front Beach Rd intersection. Just outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, sushi, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway, Waffle House, and Taco Bell. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $200 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking, pets or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles.
