This newly renovated 2 bedroom and 2 bath house is located across the street from the beach. The bedding for this unit is 1-King Bed, 1-Queen bed, twin bunk beds as well as two sofa sleepers. This home now has a Mother in law suite located on the ground unit, it has a queen size bed and its own full bathroom and kitchnette.

Located on the east end of Panama City Beach, this home is close to attractions like St. Andrews State Park, the famous Captain Andersons restaurant, theme parks, mini golf, and much more! Make this home your family getaway and let the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach relax you or enjoy beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living area through the floor-to-ceiling windows!

The location and view were amazing! Only a few steps from the beach access and within a few blocks of restaurants and bars. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The lower level bedroom/ studio apartment worked out great for our newlywed son and daughter-in-law!! I hope to come back sometime in the future!!

My husband and I stayed with our two children and my parents. It was absolutely perfect for so many reasons. My parents had their own space in the downstairs space, the kids had their own room/bathroom, and my husband and I loved the bed (so comfy!) the view is perfect. The area is quiet and in the perfect location for the beach, a walk to Schooners, or to get some ice cream. We will definitely be back!

Great Location & amenities

This home is across the street from the beach and steps to the public access boardwalk to get on the beach. Near the hotspots but not too close. Located on a dead end street so very little traffic. The 3rd bedroom is downstairs & is private and perfect for folks who don't want to climb stairs. It has a private bath, mini kitchen with Refrigerator, Microwave, coffee pot and sink. We would stay here again!

Great Location on the quiet end of Thomas Drive

The check in process was a breeze and communication with property manager was excellent. There was only one negative about the property...Ants!! I know we are at the beach but they were a big nuisance in the living room and one of the bedrooms.

Great place for a great price

We loved this property! The location was great, very close to the beach access point. It was never extremely crowded on this end. The house was very nice upstairs. The bottom floor is great for couples. Be mindful it is a beach house so you can't escape the sand on the floors. The only items we didn't like were the blankets and pillow cases on the beds.

We loved staying here! It was so convenient! There was plenty of space for all 12 of us. We had plenty of room for several vehicles, and my husband pulled a trailer with motorcycles. The property was great for entertaining, and the kids set up a cornhole board on the long sidewalk. We were in the best location for Forth of July fireworks!

Best place we've stayed so far!

This was our first time staying in a beach house rather than a condo. This place had plenty of room and was so close to the beach. There is a great view of the ocean from the upstairs deck. It was a closer walk to the beach than having to wait on elevators and dredge past the pool to get to condo beach access. The beach was never crowded either! The only thing that needs improvement is the kitchen wasn't as well stocked as it could have been. We will definitely stay here again!
