This place offers so many outdoor fun for the family, fishing at the Bay, tennis courts , basketball court, huge playground, shuffle board & mini putt putt!

This community is amazing. You cannot ask for a better place to stay. Even thou across street from beach golf cart used very handy. Kristy is a great host her place is very clean and cozy. Great location. Will definitely book again.

Fall break getaway

Cute decorated and clean house. Like that all linens and golf cart are included unlike some of the properties offered. The bar doors were tricky to move at times but loved the look. Would definitely go back.

We stayed in town for 8 nights forPCB’s Gulf Coast Jam. Knowing the location, we knew it wouldn’t be super close but honestly getting to and from our venue was super easy. We LOVE Venture Out and the “ family feel” we always experience there. This home has been the best one we’ve stayed in so far ( and we’ve stayed about 8 times). The owner is super nice, quick communication and the home is perfect! Do not hesitate to book this place, we loved our stay!

The house is beautiful! The amount of stuff to do on the property was amazing. You don’t have to leave the property at all. The owner is also awesome. We had questions when we checked in and she responded quickly. She checked in on us through out the whole process from booking to check out. We are already planning another trip !!

GREAT place to stay, we highly recommend this rental.

Very quiet & peaceful modern up to date style, do recommend the rental, good location within the gated community, comfortable golf cart is a plus to use, good access to the ocean & local Walmart, friendly people, the owner is available immediately if needed & easy to communicate & work with, this is out 2nd yr. & we plan to stay our 3rd vacation year there, it’s a place that makes you feel like you are at home, great carport to park off street on a covered carport for a custom high top van, jest a few feet to entrance door to unload our luggage is a plus. I was amazing that there was No nighttime bugs outside under the porch light that’s beside the door!
