1205 is a luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bath 1427 square feet unit with a 141 square feet balcony space (unit on 12th floor with a magnificent Gulf View). Unit has been recently updated with new patio and living room furniture. Kitchen has a regular drip coffee maker. Master bedroom has a king size bed and a master bathroom with a custom shower, and a separate jetted tub and marble countertops. Guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a guest bathroom has a custom made walk-in shower. Bedrooms are carpeted, kitchen, hallway and living room is tiled throughout. Unit occupancy is 4 people.
