This is a wonderful gulf front condo with a spacious balcony on the 7th floor at Summit Resort. From sunrise till sunset the views are truly amazing! Your balcony overlooks the beautiful white sand beaches, emerald waters, and the gorgeous deck area with two large swimming pools, kiddie pool and hot tub. The pool deck also encompasses the tiki bar where all your favorite cocktails can be purchased along with Bikini Bob's Snack Bar so you can enjoy your lunch without ever leaving poolside. As you can see in the pictures Summit Resort offers a beautiful grassy lawn area as well as the large pool deck along side the beach. You just cannot ask for more!

What's new at The Summit Resort? Many wonderful and well-planned upgrades and improvements have taken place! All four elevators have been replaced; the pool decking has been resurfaced as well as upgrades to the outdoor shower area. You will be happy to know the sauna area has been updated as well as many improvements to the grounds. There is security at the waterfront entrance to the pool area to assure the seating on the pool deck is used by guests only. Very importantly, The Summit Resort is committed to maintaining high speed internet and that has been updated again in 2023. COME AND ENJOY!

This condo has new appliances and furnishings for your enjoyment and the kitchen is completely stocked so you will have all the comforts of home at your beach house. Eat in or dine out it's your choice in this perfect vacation spot. The condo has One queen and one Day Bed in the bedroom, 2 bunks, and a sleeper sofa. The Summit Resort is conveniently located to all the attractions THE BEACH has to offer. Poolside you have a great tiki bar and grill and many activities on the beach. The family can spend time at the inside game room with Air Hockey and several virtual arcade games. For the adventurer in your group there is parasailing, banana boat rides, and jet ski rentals on the beach. Summit Resort has a very nice exercise facility for your enjoyment. The location is perfect as The Summit Beach Resort is convenient to all the local attractions, to mention a few, Gulf World Marine Life Park, Zoo World, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Wonder Works and Ripley's Believe It Or Not, St. Andrew's State Park, Dave and Buster's, Captain Anderson's Marina where there are many activities to chose from including deep sea fishing charters, dolphin watching cruises, sunset wine cruises, Shell Island cruises, or you can rent your own pontoon boat and explore at your leisure. If you have a shopping enthusiast in your group you must visit Pier Park. It is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca! You can even catch a free concert at the Pier Park amphitheater every Thursday night all summer! Just bring your cooler and chairs and sit on the lawn. It's a great experience. We would be remiss if we didn't mention the open air dining with live music that you can experience up and down the beach nightly. It is so much fun! We will definitely come back!

We absolutely loved staying here. Out of all the places we’ve stayed in PCB this was by far our favorite. From the booking to arrival everything was easy! Once we arrived and checked in we couldn’t believe how safe and secure the Summit made us feel. The employees on site were all very kind and helpful. Bikini Bobs and the on site store was a great addition to our stay. The condo had everything we needed, appliances worked great, plenty of utensils and dishes, beds were super comfortable and the room was very clean. Quick access to the elevator, stairs and trash chute. We honestly can’t wait to book for our trip next year!

The Summit offered several food and drink options while at the condo with a wide variety of price ranges so was nice if you didnt want to go anywhere. They were equipped with the essentials needed in the kitchen and some. Temperature stayed regulated in condo. Offered more options for sleeping arrangements then we anticipated. Entire place was nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay! I will say if you like it to be dark when you are sleeping possibly bring a posterboard to put in window. There are curtians but no blinds.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING VIEWS AND PLACE TO STAY

We really loved this place so much, the views were amazing and the cleanliness of our room was great! We will definitely be back here again, we had so much fun in Panama and having a clean relaxing place to come back to and rest after a long hot day was the best! They have a tiki bar and a small restaurant onsite. On our last night we went downstairs to bikini bobs and got ourselves some delicious food and came back up to our place and ate as we watched the sunset! Like i said, an amazing place to stay and will be back for our next trip. Thank y’all so much!

Mostly Great With Some Hiccups

The second commode was broken when we arrived/as in it didn't have any internal hardware. It took two of the four weeks we rented to get working. The couch was very uncomfortable; worn out springs. The building was going through construction projects i.e. center elevator disabled, indoor hot tub under construction, bathrooms by workout room closed, Internet issues. The location is wonderful, the view is outstanding. The condo was clean and bed comfortable.

Nice Condo

The condo was very nice and clean. Plenty of towels. Loved the pool and easy access to the beach. Downside of the property is the elevators. They have 4 total but only 1 or 2 work most of the time. I walked steps more in the past week than I have this whole year. One of the hot tubs jets did not work at all and the indoor hot tubs water was ice cold. Don’t expect to have a relaxing time at the hot tubs, full of kids playing.

Perfect!

I stayed in unit 730 with my best friend and my 1 year old godson, and everything about it was amazing! The location is perfect, easy to find and plenty of parking. It is close to everything, restaurants, shops, etc. The unit itself was beautiful, and clean. The owners were extremely helpful with everything along the way. We loved everything about our stay and will definitely be coming back and staying here! My only advice is to use the elevator to the far left of the building. It is much closer to the unit and there is much less traffic. The center elevators were backed up quite a bit and you had to wait. Otherwise, no complaints!! :)

Best Condo at the Summit!

We enjoyed our stay here so much. So many nice extras that make it seem better than home. The decorating is great. The beds are comfortable with extra pillows galore! We loved having the free beach chairs. The condo is on the end of the building closer to the side elevator which was never crowded! We didn’t wait for more than a minute. When you exit the elevator, you are right around the corner from the pool area. There are two nice smart TVs if you ever want to stay in. The appliances are nice and up-to-date, with a front loader washer and dryer I just can’t say enough about it. After years of coming to PCB, this was our favorite condo.

Most amazing view!

This condo was amazing! Clean, updated and just big enough. The view was the most amazing view. I’ve stayed in a lot of places with beautiful views; however, this one was the most amazing. As you walk from the bedrooms into the living area, it’s almost like you’re on top of the water. If there was a not so positive comment here, it would only be that everyone smokes at this property - smokers paradise! This has nothing to do with this beautiful condo its owner. I will definitely return and rent this unit! Thank you for being so accommodating.

My children and I loved it here, very nice! The unit was cute and very clean. The property and location was great. Really liked having access to reserved chairs and umbrella as well!
