Welcome to a unique experience in beach front Klaus House #3! It is just steps off the back Deck to the Gulf of Mexico and a short drive to Pier Park, 30A, Rosemary Beach, Seaside, Watercolor. This beach front town home is located in one of the most desirable locations in all of Panama City Beach; just 12 miles from the Panama City airport (ECP, serviced by Delta and Southwest Airlines), on Front Beach Road, 1 mile from the popular Pier Park outdoor mall with stores, restaurants, movie and IMAX cinema and night life! Just across the street are dining options at the Boar's Head, frozen custard shop, Pizza Hut, Sunsations beach store, and in easy walking distance, Winn Dixie grocery store, CVS Pharmacy, and even a British pasty eatery. Enjoy golf courses, St. Andrews State Park. and amusement attractions in the area.

The first thing you'll notice as you enter the spacious main level is the gulf views straight out the glass sliders and the tile flooring on this level. The kitchen features stainless appliances, a refrigerator with french doors with icemaker, and granite counter tops on the eat in bar that seats 2. Your chef will love the view! The living room features cozy furnishings that include a sleeper sofa, built ins and a flatscreen Tv.  There is a full bath with a shower on this level. The outdoor space on the main level features two lounges and a dining table set with umbrella along with what you are here for, being steps from the sand! 

The beach-side deck is equipped with loungers, a dining set with umbrella, a ceramic charcoal grill, outdoor shower and fabulous SUNSETS!

Take the stairs to the upper level and you will find two bedrooms. The Gulf Front Master features a King size bed, Flatscreen Tv, access to a Gulf Front balcony with two chairs. Between the two bedrooms is a large bath, with a jetted tub/shower combination for perfect relaxation, wall mounted hair dryer and large vanity. the Queen bedroom faces Front Beach Rd, has a Flatscreen Tv, juliet balcony and adjoins the bath as well. This unique home sleeps 6 guests.
