Veteran owned, 14th floor, fully remodeled in 2024 with new furnishings throughout. This is not a typical rental property, it’s the owner’s part time home with many upgrades for an enjoyable stay! Plus front row beach chairs & umbrella included!

Gulf front living room with new leather furniture and 2 recliners plus a new 70” smart TV. Fully stocked kitchen for evening meals on the balcony, new fridge with ice maker and water dispenser, new microwave, new dishwasher, full size washer and dryer, enjoy your morning coffee with a regular or K cup combo coffee pot, and fast Wifi.

Gulf front Master suite with new king bed, master bath with a large walk in shower, new shower head and upgraded linens. Guest bedroom with 2 new queen beds and new bedding, smart TV. Full guest bath with tub, new shower head and upgraded linens.

Check out the size of the 10x28 foot balcony, with new furniture including 2 loungers, 2 rockers, and 6 person high top table seating, nothing on PCB compares to this balcony size!

Condo Association offers-Free gas grills, 2 pools and a large hot tub, one of the pools is heated seasonally indoor/outdoor combo. Parking is under the building with additional parking across the street with an over the street bridge. Emerald Isle Resort 14th floor, just high enough to avoid street and pool noise but still enjoy the ocean sounds and watch dolphins and stingrays swimming in the beautiful emerald waters. 2 miles west of Pier Park quiet community area but close to action when you want it.

Don't wait.....just book!!! Communication was great! Condo was fabulous! Beach was beautiful! Whenever we had a question before we checked in it was answered right away. Helen was great to work with. Condo was so clean, decorated beautifully, great furniture. The balcony was so inviting and like no other. We spent 9 days here and it was so hard to leave. We will definitely be back! Chairs and umbrella are included. The only negative i have is you can't move the chairs closer to the water. So if you have kids and want to be near the ocean with them you should bring your own chairs. They will put an umbrella up for you. Not a big deal. We ran to the store and bought chairs. Didnt affect the amazing vacation we had!! Condo

Softball World Series Week

We were in town for my daughter to play in the Fastpitch World Series and my family of 5 fit perfectly into this condo. Everything was easy accessible. The condo was clean with the exception of the floors, they needed a good scrubbing for any littles to be let down. 14th floor was a bit high for our liking but overall I would pick it again.

Nice vacation

First of all the condo is very nice and roomy. The layout was perfect. The balcony is huge with plenty of patio furniture for everyone. The washer/dryer was a nice bonus. The water pressure in the shower was excellent! The only negative I have would be the beds are a little hard. Pools and hot tub were nice and clean. I personally liked that security was everywhere. I felt that our vehicle was much safer with the constant patrolling and they were all very nice. Elevators were never an issue. We never waited over a couple of minutes on one. Location was also excellent (the quieter side of PCB) which also meant traffic was not terrible. Property mgr Helen was also really nice and available for any questions I had. My family had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Amazing Views, Wonderful Condo

My mom and I loved our stay at the condo. It was clean, cozy, and cute. The kitchen was well equipped to cook all of our purchases from Buddy's Seafood Market, and we enjoyed all of these meals out on the spacious balcony overlooking the jewel tones of the ocean. We were impressed with the maintenance and grounds crew of Emerald Isle- they kept all the common areas neat, tidy, and looking good. The inclusion if beach chairs and umbrella was a bonus for this unit. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Beautiful condo! Very comfortable with added nice touches like cubbies and hooks in the bathrooms and rugs by the doors. The balcony is amazing! I love the outdoor dinning sets and rocking chairs!

Beautiful condo

We enjoyed this condo and the location. It's toward the west end of the beach so is farther away from traffic and construction. It's beautifully decorated and well equipped, including an air fryer and blender in the kitchen. We typically like to stay between the 6th and 10th floors but found the 14th wasn't too high. The patio has 3 different seating areas, is huge and acts as another living space. Having an oceanfront bedroom with direct access to the patio is a must. We ate breakfast on the balcony every morning. Mike's Oyster Bar is directly across the street but no longer serves breakfast. Salty Sue's is a 2-minute drive and has great food. The beach chairs with umbrella are a definite plus. We highly recommend this condo.

We stayed 5 nights in early May. The condo was exactly as pictured with plenty of space for our family of 3. The balcony was very spacious and the view was amazing. Parking was never an issue. We will definitely be returning in the future.

This condo was the perfect size for our family of 5. It had a double and single bed in the 2nd bedroom, so our 3 teenage daughters all had enough room. Condo also has a pull-out couch. Overall, the it was clean and updated with nice decor. It came equipped with almost everything we needed--We didn't bring beach towels since we flew in, so that was the one thing missing for us. It was so nice to go down to the beach and have 2 chairs and an umbrella available each day (included with condo) The views from the 14th floor balcony are spectacular!! Helen, the owner, was easy to contact. She sent all the check in information via email so it made the process seamless. Overall this a great property right on the Gulf in a quieter section on PCB. We loved it!

Beautiful view & very clean

The condo was clean & had an amazing view from the balcony. The manager responded promptly to my inquiries, and was very polite. If I had any “complaints” it would be we really needed more towels/wash cloths. One set per person just isn’t enough, and I didn’t want to do laundry on my vacation. Our king bed wasn’t very comfortable, but we prefer a softer bed so that’s just our preference. We also did not realize we had to make sure the door was locked upon leaving each time. (We assumed it automatically locked like other condos). I would have made that more clear in the description. Regardless of these minor inconveniences, we would stay here again because it was clean & a nice area/view.

This condo was perfect for our getaway. We enjoyed the rockers and dining table on the balcony. We loved having the beach chairs and the umbrella already included. We could have not asked for a better place!!! We definitely will be back.
