Large 8th floor 2 BR 2 bath 1146 Sq. Ft. unit. Huge 247 Sq. Ft. ocean front balcony. Master BR King Bed with balcony access En-suite bathroom, 2 Queen Beds in 2nd Bedroom with attached bathroom along with a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Kitchen, dining, and living areas are ceramic tile. Furnishings are beautiful and tastefully decorated. Living room and bedrooms have Flat Screen TVs..

A Gulf-front indoor/outdoor heated pool, an outdoor pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, and Gulf-front exercise room along with BBQ grills for you cooking enjoyment.

This is a 'NO SMOKING' unit and resort.

Emerald Isle Charges a Resort Registration fee of $40 (per condo per visit up to 7 days) to issue 1 parking pass and up to 6 armbands. Additional Parking Passes are $40 each and additional armbands are $1.50 each. This fee is charged to all guests checking in and is not in any way affiliated with us. Monthly renters must renew parking passes each month.

Loved the balcony. It had a table and chairs so eating outside was an option. Lots of seating options as well. The unit had lots of room. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes etc,Loved that the condo was right on the beach. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets!

The property itself was decent. Amazing balcony. There was a list of issues with the condo(pic)upon arrival. I contacted the host (mainly so it was known that we inherited the issues.) 1st issue for me, I was told to submit a work order. (Pic). I did not because it seemed weird I was told do. The next day(Mon), I come back to the condo to find someone inside. I had no knowledge of the visit. All the issues were fixed except the sleeper sofa. An apt was setup for sleeper to be repaired 2 days later (wed). Two men came in Wed and looked at the sleeper sofa and stated that it could not be repaired. Upon return home from vacation, I reached out to property manager (pic)through multiple channels. He handled the situation like a bully and plain out lied by saying the sofa was repaired. Pics of the conversation below. Haven't heard anything back since inviting him to double check the sleeper sofa. The physical condo itself gets a 3/5 stars. The property manager gets a 1/5 stars.

Location was great, condo was clean. We had everything we needed to cook with for the week and ample blankets, towels and wash cloths. The balcony was our favorite part. It was large and the furniture was comfy. The only complaint was from our kids, who said the 2 beds in their room could have been a little more comfortable.

Absolutely disgusting. So many things broken, and smelt awful. Extra charges for checking in early but couldn’t checkin until late. Everything covered in a sticky dust Black mold in bathtubs Dirty dishes Broken sharp glass decorations laying around Doors beaten in. Rusty handles TVs that didn’t work. Bedspreads were covered in dirt and grime that could’ve been washed off. Cleaning supplies all missing or broken. Awful messages in the guest book and paper plates from other guests. Washer smelled like Rotten eggs and sounded like it was going to explode Dishwasher broken. Also smelt awful. Repairman came to fix it but still doesn’t work. Had to deal with a repair man several days. Pools were nice size but always overcrowded and not heated. Do not forget your band. Strictly monitored Parking was so strict and hard to park SUV’s and trucks at. Guys in charge of cleaning the building were often cussing and grumbling about everything.

Great Condo

We had a wonderful stay. The balcony was huge, well furnished and the view was incredible! The condo was spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean! It was located close to anything you could possibly need. The beach chairs and umbrella service was a great bonus! Watching military jets and choppers fly overhead was awesome! I would highly recommend staying here!

Very nice decorations. We used the outdoor patio balcony everyday. Loved the view of the beach.A couple negatives to improve on:* the master shower cold/hot water is reversed. It took a little getting used to.* the rugs need cleaning. Walking barefoot inside the condo--my feet turned black* a possible leak from above in the master shower. Peaceful Girls Trip

The condo was clean, and spacious. Loved the big balcony, and the direct beach view. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms made it the perfect place for our girls trip. The condo had everything that we needed to make our week there comfortable. The included beach chairs and umbrella were nice. And we loved that it was not on the busy end of PCB. Were looking forward to staying there again in the future.
