Exquisite 1st-Floor Panama City Beachfront, Low Density, Step from Deck to Sand

No tunnel-vision views of an overcrowded beach here. Our condo features a 30-foot-wide deck right on the Gulf. Floor-to-ceiling windows separate the deck from an equally expansive living area. Moreover, the two-story complex has only 20 units total. There's plenty of room on the beach. So, relax and enjoy the scenery, whether you are inside or outside.

We are west of all the high-rises, so no crowds, but still close to all the action: Only 2.3 miles from Pier Park, and a dangerously close quarter mile from Thomas's Donuts. No hauling luggage and groceries down long corridors and into crowded elevators. At Bonita Beach, you park right next to the front door.

If that is not enough, no other unit at Bonita Beach Condos is located closer to the pool than this one. The gate entering the pool is just steps away from our front door!

If you like to cook, you will appreciate our fully stocked kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Dine at the breakfast bar or the dining room table while you gaze at the turquoise water and bright white sand.
Our large kitchen and living area will accommodate all your family and friends.

Here are the specs for our unit: 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths. 1,650 square feet. This unit is very wide, with approximately 40 feet of the unit facing the Gulf of Mexico. The Living Room and Dining area have floor-to-ceiling windows that maximize the amazing ocean and beach views. The Master Suite also fronts the beach with awesome views. All three bedrooms have private attached bathrooms.

65" 4K Roku Smart TV in Den and Roku Smart TV in Each Bedroom. Bring your streaming logins and enjoy in any room. All have HD Cable, HBO, and Netflix provided.

High Speed Internet (1 Gig) Provided in the Condo.

Great place to stay

It was a great place to stay. They had a few minor maintenance issues...loose door knobs, loose door in front of air conditioner, malfunctioning fan in master bedroom, a few light bulbs out. We will stay here next year if it's available. The location was amazing. No condo crowds!

Best condo yet!!

We have stayed in several condos in PCB, but by far this had everything our family needed. W writhing from on the beach to the space. I would highly recommend this place. Host is very responsive too.

Paradise!

From the moment we opened the front door and could see the glimmering ocean water down the hallway, through the spread of ocean front plate glass windows, we knew this location would be our vacation paradise. The wide beachfront view from this condo and equally wide deck is spectacular! We watched dolphins play in the ocean, and enjoyed amazing sunsets every evening from the deck. What we like about this condo: Location: No crowds or high density high rises at this Western end of Panama City Beach. The beaches are beautiful with white sand and clear emerald water. And walking distance to the famous Thomas Donuts is a plus. Condo: 3 Large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were well maintained with large smart TV's in each bedroom as well as a huge TV in the den. Numerous floor to ceiling windows provided a spectacular view of the beach. Just a few steps off the deck and your feet are in the sand. A true beach front vacation spot. Hosts: Easy to contact with any questions, as well as provided helpful instructions about the condo and property for a no hassel, enjoyable stay. Summary: This condo is the perfect vacation spot for Panama City Beach. We highly recommend this VRBO Listing, and plan ourselves on coming back to this condo year after year.

Great location, great layout

We would stay here again, the location is great, right on the beach, close enough to the pier for touristy stuff. They have a lot of towels available for guests. Only a couple minor issues, the ceiling fans could be replaced and the parking was a bit of an issue. It appeared this particular complex is quite popular for people on fall break compared to others so the lot was full. The owner communication was great.

This is the 2nd or 3rd stay here, I always like this place, not only is it clean it's in a great location and the host is always gracious and we are sometimes able to check in earlier. Which is a plus after driving 14hrs. :)

This was our third stay at this property. The location of the property is perfect. Steps away from the beach, close to restaurants and shopping, but far enough away from the crowds and high rises. The property was clean and stocked with all the kitchen supplies needed.

The condo has a beautiful view when you enter the front door. Floors were dirty in bedrooms, couch in living room dirty, furniture outdated. I cleaned the entire kitchen before we ate anything. I feel like the owner should refund cleaning fee. But we enjoyed the deck and the chairs as well as the view! I also enjoyed stepping onto the beach from back door,

Wonderful setting to enjoy the beach

We enjoyed our stay very much. The view of the waves across the entire back of the condo and short walk to the beach made the stay feel so relaxing and easy. There were 7 of us in the condo, and it felt like we had plenty of room. Also, this unit is located right next to the pool which was a plus for my kids. We would love to be able to stay at this unit in the future!

Amazing Place
