Gulf Highlands boasts 65 acres and offers guests tennis courts, pickleball courts, shuffleboard courts, a mini putt-putt course, gym, 11 pools (5 heated, 1 beachfront), deeded beach access, and more! And the best part? You have 2 of your own dedicated parking spaces and no elevator! Gulf Highlands is located in the heart of Panama City Beach, close to several popular restaurants and attractions.

This spacious and updated 2-level townhome offers almost 1,000 square feet of living space. Downstairs you will find a fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals for family and friends. The living room offers guests ample, comfortable seating and large television. Step out on the patio to relax and enjoy the scenery and grill out. The back yard overlooks the shuffleboard courts and a swimming pool. For your convenience, a half bathroom is also located downstairs, as well as a full-sized washing machine and dryer for your use.

Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom features a Queen-sized bed, a Smart TV, private access to the second story balcony overlooking the shuffleboard courts and swimming pool, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom also features a Queen-sized bed and Smart TV. There is a second full bathroom with walk-in shower located upstairs as well.

- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- This unit has 3 Smart TVs, but no cable service.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
