Nice quiet vacation condo
Publié le 12 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis condo perfectly fit our family on vacation, there was 7 of us. It's further down the strip so it's in a nice quiet area with not too much traffic. There wasn't many people staying around us in the condo so we had the pool to ourselves, wish there was a hot tub, sense it was pretty cold that week. Overall, it was a nice condo, in the quiet, less traffic part of Panama City Beach. If you want to be around more malls and shopping centers I would stay on Front Beach.

Perfect stay
Publié le 16 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe property was well kept, kitchen stocked with all the items you need to prepare meals if you're trying to not eat out everyday. The loft made a great space for my 16 year old. We were very happy with our stay and the short walk to the beach as well as the convenient location to just about anywhere we wanted to go. Kathy was quick to answer when I had an issue getting in right away(my own fault). Very small to do list before leaving. Best experience I've had with a vacation rental. Thank you!

Unit was very clean. More than enough linens and supplies. Host was very prompt with responding to messages. The pool was also very clean. Easy walk to the beach and no streets to cross.

Great beach get away

Quiet get away
Publié le 15 août 2023 sur HomeAwayIt was 3 adults, we all 3 graduated together in 1973. One married couple and 1 sgl adult. The pool was beautiful with great landscaping. The stroll to the beach was fine. We were on the 3rd floor which was a slight challenge for one member of our party. The balcony was a good size and view of the pool. The condo clean & homey I slept in the loft and the mattress was very comfortable. The couple said the master bedroom mattress was one of the best they ever experienced away from home we ate at Uncle Earnies, Hunts seafood, J Michaels, Triple J Steak/Seafood, 2 different ice cream shops leaving town we ate breakfast on Thomas Drive, I believe it was Flour power all restaurants were excellent. I would return to Sunswept again it was close to everything we needed. Thanks A.Mixon

Publié le 14 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThis was the perfect size condo and not a far walk to the beach! It was cleaned and stocked, ready to go along with pool access. We had no issues during our stay and the property owner was responsive. Would definitely stay here again!
