Classic southern style and elegant decor mix perfectly for a relaxing and charming atmosphere the moment you enter the home. The three-story beach house with peek-a-boo Gulf views offers four bedrooms and three and a half baths, accommodating up to 14 guests comfortably. The home offers a spacious first and second floor living area, perfect for movie nights, or simply chatting with family and friends, and two levels of stunning bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The 3rd floor King Master Suite will take your breath away. Head outdoors to your fenced in back yard with a grill. Inlet Beach is a prime location, bordering Rosemary Beach with a short distance to fine dining, shopping and year-round family fun at 30Avenue and Rosemary Beach's main village. The Pompano Place Community offers a private community pool, right across the street only a few steps from the home. And the sugary white sand beach 30A is known for is only a short stroll from your front porch, down South Orange St. It's time to make lifetime memories, and Tupelo Honey is the perfect oasis for your coastal getaway!

Community Amenities:
No matter where you come from, a visit to Inlet Beach will have you feeling like a “local” in no time. Take a walk down to the largest public beach access point in South Walton or spend the morning fishing from the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy many new dining and shopping options in Inlet Beach. Or take a quick bike ride to the neighboring communities of Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach and Alys Beach to hit the shops or grab a bite to eat at any one of the area's popular eateries. Here, it's easy to make yourself at home, even on vacation.

Beach Access:
The Inlet Beach Regional public beach access is located only 0.1 mile from the home, a short 2-3 minute walk or 1 minute bike ride. There is also parking at the access if you prefer to make the quick 1-minute drive. This is one of the largest beach access locations in the 30A area, and it is only steps from your front door! There are restrooms and showers available as well, and a long walkway with no stairs leading to the beach. NOTE: Beach setup reservations are limited to certain locations along 30A, but you can also reserve beach gear to take back and forth from the home if setups are not available at your desired access location. Some area vendors will offer beach setups at this location, but availability may be limited, depending on the season.

Parking:
The home has designated parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway. You can possibly fit 4 if all are small vehicles, with 3 vehicles parked across and a 4th vehicle parallel behind the others. Note: Guests do not have access to the garage.

Reservation/Booking Policy:
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third-party booking site such as VRBO, HomeAway, Airbnb, etc. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

~ Pets Not Allowed (Excluding certified service animals only. If you are bringing a service animal, we ask that you notify us in advance and provide proper documentation so we may coordinate appropriate housekeeping after your departure)
~ PUBLISHED RATES DO NOT INCLUDE TAX AND FEES
~ 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking
~ Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Or in full at booking if arriving within 60 days)
~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. Insurance must be purchased BEFORE the final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full.
~ CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 P.M. (CST) & CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 A.M.
~ Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and will be an occupant of the Premises during the entire Rental Period. Reservations shall not be made by or for any person under the age of twenty-five (25), and no key will be issued to anyone who is not twenty-five (25) years of age.
