Deluxe 2BR/2B condo in Edgewater Beach Resort with amazing views of the Beach/Gulf waters and Tower 2 Heated pool and hot tub below. You will enjoy sitting on the balcony and/or the living room as you see the Emerald waters of the Gulf! Condo Unit 1006 is right in the middle of Tower 2 located on the 10th floor.

Sleeps 8 adults comfortable. Sleeper sofa in living room. Master bedroom with King Size Bed with your own private bathroom, walk-in closet and vanity area. Guest bedroom has 2 Full Size Beds with adjoining bathroom. Full size Washer and Dryer in hallway closet. The unit has flat screen Roku TV's, cable and free Wi-Fi.
See the Breath-Taking views from the ceiling to the floor windows/balcony from the living room and kitchen. Plenty of kitchen supplies, closet space and your are welcome to use beach items on the balcony. You can also RENT beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach. From the balcony you will have the view of the pool and hot tub, and the Beautiful White Sandy Beaches and Emerald Green and Blue Water of the Gulf of Mexico.

The condo is clean and in great location and beach view. However, it needs major update on furnitures, beds, mattress , lighting and everything. It was really outdated and very uncomfortable furnitures everywhere.

The condo was great, gorgeous view, huge kitchen and dining area. Owner was very responsive, and easy to deal with. Edgewater's amenities are by far the best in PCB.

The condo was amazing! The view could not be any better. We loved how spacious the condo was. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable also. The resort is family friendly and has plenty for everyone. We can't wait to go back!

What a view!

We are 2 friends meeting between Texas and North Carolina and we found the perfect condo! This unit is easy to find, on the beach in a community that is gated. We were very happy with the 10th floor location. The condo met all our needs. We would highly recommended you give it a try.

Our condo was very spacious, great for a large group! Very clean! We had access to pools and hot tubs along with a little store on restaurant on the property which was convenient! Darren was very easy to work with and helpful with any questions we had prior to our arrival. Will definitely stay here again.

The condo is in a wonderful location on the 10th floor with spectacular views of the beach. The Edgewater Beach Resort has wonderful swimming pools with direct access to the beach. The Condo owner is helpful and was responsive to our inquiries. We enjoyed a wonderful vacation in Panama City Beach!

Gorgeous views, clean and comfortable.

My 3 daughters and I were very impressed the moment we walked through the door. We had beautiful views of the ocean anywhere within the kitchen and livingroom. The views were spectacular , from the sun sets, to the dolphins that spent the morning right in front of our room. The place was very clean and had tons of kitchen ware to use. There were sand toys, boogie boards and floaties to borrow. We felt very safe at the resort and loved that it was gated. Darren (the owner) always responded immediately with any questions we had. We definitely plan to come back.

Beach Side Birthday

I had a great time visiting this location with my family. The kitchen was stocked with the necessary equipment to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner as needed. We celebrated my niece's birthday here and were even able to bake a small cake with the utensils provided. We visited in the "off-season" and the heated pool was a great boon! Thank you for sharing your space with us.

The room layouts were perfect. The entire front facing the beach was glass affording beautiful views of the beach, ocean, and sunsets. The owner was quick to respond to the minor questions I had. I highly recommend this condo.

Overall it was a good experience

The Location of Condo is in a very good area and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing not satisfactory about this place was that the Cleanliness of the Condo was not that good, there was sand on the couch, the towels were dirty and the dishwasher and microwave needed maintenance.
