Our condo offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation. The unit boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with approximately 1600 sq. ft. of space and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests located on the 21st floor!

The main bedroom features a king-size bed with GULF VIEWS and an updated main bathroom with tiled shower, dual vanities, makeup vanity and spacious walk in closet! The secondary bedroom is oversized with 2 queen beds and large closet. The living room is spacious and features a sofa bed and a 65" flat-screen SMART TV, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach.

The fully-equipped kitchen features all the necessary appliances and cooking utensils, allowing you to prepare meals and snacks with ease. The dining table has ample space for a family sit down meal or pull up a bar stool for a quick snack!

This unit also offers several amenities to enhance your stay, including a private balcony with stunning views, a washer and dryer, and access to the resort's numerous recreational facilities. These facilities include a large outdoor and indoor pool, a hot tubs, a fitness center, and a game room.

The location of Tidewater Resort is ideal, as it is located near several popular attractions, restaurants, shops and only 15 minutes to the airport. It is less than a mile from Pier Park!

Tidewater Beach Resort on Panama City Beach has one of the area's largest beaches (more than two football fields). We had to contact the property manager to gain entry - which they were prompt about. The property itself was clean but dated. Leak in the ceiling and electrical outlets that didn't work.

We love the property. We decided to try out a new condo this year and it didn’t disappoint. The pictures in the description is what the condo looks like. The view from the balcony was amazing. Short Trip to PCB

This was a beautiful condo and was very clean and was exactly as described in the listing! Communication with property owner was only when she sent the info on check in and details of rules, they did not let us know about the construction on the road directly in front of the Tidewater but wasn’t a big issue but would have been nice to know because it is impossible to walk anywhere as there is no space at all for walking due to that construction, but we had no issues so we didn’t have any other communication with property owner! The Tidewater property itself is lacking check in and out is treated like a huge resort property and they do not tell you that you need to pre check in prior to actually checking in so I stood in the long line only to be given a

Family vacation

The property was beautiful and loved that the master bedroom was in the front facing the ocean. It was very spacious. The check in instructions were wrong as we were told to check in on the third floor and it was the second floor. The elevators were a nightmare. Some weren’t working and you would have to wait a long time to get an elevator and that was extremely frustrating. It was a very busy week and wouldn’t come back at that time again. However, my grandkids loved it.

Best Vacay

I have been coming to PCB all of my life and this is one of the best condos I have ever stayed in. Everything was immaculately clean. The condo is very spacious. The rooms are big and the owner has thought of everything you might need. From beach supplies to a well stocked kitchen, all the amenities made the stay that much better. The master bedroom and bathroom are fabulous. The view is amazing. We had four teenagers and plenty of room to sleep. The twin mattress in the closet we were able to slide out and use was an added bonus. The wagon for the beach along with extra beach towels were awesome to have as well. The bed was comfy. Truly felt like home for the week. We ordered dinner in one night and were all able to sit around the table which seats 8 and share a meal. Everything was great. We loved having the beach service available to us as well. The only thing that could have been a little better were the elevators. However, it was a holiday weekend and was crowded. The staff of Tidewater were doing their best manually running the elevators trying to accommodate the heavy traffic during the Memorial Day weekend. The staff of the resort were very friendly and the resort was super secure. You can’t go anywhere or get in anywhere on the resort without your armband. Also, security does walk through and check for armbands. I can’t praise the owner or the cleaning crew enough. I would definitely stay her again. It is super nice!!

Overall great stay!

We had great time in pcb, and the condo was very lovely and decorated beautifully! We had a couple minor issues with the tv, but the property manager took care of it and the Cable company came out. No issues after that. There was a minor leak in the master bath ceiling light, but again we notified the manager and no issue after that. We love PCB and would definitely recommend this condo!

Great Property!

We had an amazing time on our trip. The property was as it showed in the listing. Dawn was great with communication and answering all questions. The addition with the included beach chairs made the stay even better. We will absolutely be booking again. The only negative thing we experience was our door code did not work, we followed the instructions who dawn put us in contact with and the issue was resolved within 30 minutes. It was an inconvenience with young kids but the stay made all of it outshine the one tiny issue. Could not leave a more positive review.

Spring break with the family

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this condo, the view is spectacular, it’s clean and very nicely decorated..it was perfect for the five of us..I loved the master bedroom shower and bathroom! We did have a couple questions that were promptly answered and the last minute addition of the beach chairs were a wonderful surprise! We would definitely come back!
