Gulf Front 3 Bedroom; Wrap-around balcony; Major new renovation for the summer!

New owners plan a major renovation in the spring, making this a million-dollar-plus unit. Exquisitely appointed in relaxing beach colors, this unit sits directly above the sugar white sands with awe-inspiring vistas. This THREE-BEDROOM (Sleeps 8), 12th-floor GULF-FRONT boasts platinum-grade furnishings throughout. The unit has a very open floor plan with 1801 square feet and 719 square feet of wrap-around balcony. The views are unbelievable! The unit features a tastefully decorated living room with a sofa/queen sleeper and a large HDTV. The master bedroom, living, kitchen, and dining rooms all provide spectacular gulf views through the large floor-to-ceiling windows, providing unobscured views of endless waters and sunsets. The Gulf Front master bedroom has a king-size bed, balcony access, an attached bathroom area with a walk-in shower, double vanity sinks, walk-in closet. One guest bedroom has a king bed and balcony access. The other has a queen bed and balcony access. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs.

The large open kitchen boasts a 16 foot breakfast bar and a fully equipped kitchen for serving gourmet meals. The kitchen features a decorative backsplash, Stainless Steel Appliances and a panoramic view of the beach and gulf. The unit also has a washer/dryer, ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms and state of the art wifi.

Gulf Crest Resort features two gulf-front pools (one heated), 2 outdoor spas, a kiddie pool, a poolside Tiki Hut Bar/Restaurant, a gulf front fitness center, an owner's lounge, covered assigned garage parking, 3 high-speed elevators, and 294 feet of sugar white sandy beach.

Avoid busy Front Beach Road and stay in the quieter Thomas Drive area. Walk the beach to Spinnaker's Pineapple Willie's, Emerald Falls Water Park, bumper boats, go carts, miniature golf are all within walking distance. You are minutes away from championship golf. In addition, you are only five minutes from Captain Anderson's, The Grand Marlin, Patches, and J. Michael's -- all of which are landmarks for dining.

Best Birthday Celebration

Our family makes annual trip last week in May to celebrate wife’s and her twin sister’s birthday. We rotate between P.C.Beach and Daytona Beach. Past two years have been in P.C.Beach due to hurricane damage in Daytona and this stay at GulfCrest has been the absolute best by far. Annual Girls Trip

This was the best condo we have stayed in over the last 6 years of our annual girls trip to PCB. The condo was very spacious and clean. There were no long lines for the elevator, and we always had a front row at the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo with a n amazing view.

Our family really enjoyed our 5 night stay! The wrap around view was breathtaking and the unit had everything we needed. The heated pool and hot tub were not overly crowded even though it was spring break and we never had a problem getting beach chairs on the beach, the attendant was very nice. A few things I wish I would have known before getting there- bring your own beach towels, sand toys, extra beach chairs, games-there are not even cards in the unit, no grills - only charcoal grills on the pool deck- no charcoal in the unit but there is lighter fluid, and we had to buy batteries for the tv remotes. Just a little inconvenient but overall a very nice stay with a beautiful view and sand in our toes which was exactly what we were looking for.

PCB 2023-2024 vacation

Family of 4 stayed for 8 days. Condo was very clean and had every amenity you needed. They had stocked the kitchen with dish and hand soaps, paper towels, tons of kitchen dishes and some spices. The bathrooms had plenty of toilet paper, towels and hand soap at every sink. It was very easy to get in and out of the condo and the elevators were always quick. There was construction going on so unfortunately we were unable to use the heated pool and the outdoor furniture had to be kept indoors while they were working. Other than that we would absolutely rent again! Thank you for an amazing stay.

Stunning views!

The whole family really enjoyed our time at Gulf Crest Condos. The condo was really nice, clean, and had amazing views. All my kids, ages 18 to 12, had a great time. They loved the beach, pools, and hot tubs. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

Beautiful condo, property and beach.

The condo furnishings are very tasteful and comfortable. The master bedroom bed, where I stayed, was very fluffy and we slept fabulously. There are two Jacuzzis and two pools that were well maintained and good temperatures. Staff at the complex was always helpful and friendly. The sand on Panama City Beach is unbelievable. We were there during spring break, but it didn't affect our building or beach area in a negative way. There is one loud bar on the backside of the condo across the street, but that was the only thing that was a bit much. We would stay there again.

Communication with seller was great! All information was emailed and it was an easy checkin process. But the unit itself was immaculate!! Rarely does anyone get to see a sunrise at PCB but there is no obstruction to the east at all. Every sunrise and sunset was different and beautiful!! The condo was very spacious and clean !! Hope to stay again. thank you!

Condo was very clean super nice. Well decorated and had spectacular views. Master bedroom mattress needs replaced and would have been nice to have at least a queen size bed in third bedroom. But overall was a great place to vacation.

Pros: property was nice with a beach vibe, nice beds and fully equipped kitchen, plenty of room. Cons: no beach service as listed (info said all services open-should say “in season”). Heated pool and hot tubs closed to construction—Disappointing to grandchildren. No sheets for pull out couch. Balcony furniture had broken chairs and tables are rusted. Pool table in game room was “broken”. Refrigerator had a broken and unusable drawer.
