Emerald Overlook is a cozy, family-friendly beach condo with unbeatable views of the Gulf. Located on the 1st floor (technically the 5th floor since there is a parking garage) of Tower 2 at Grand Panama Beach Resort. Enjoy a relaxing stay just steps from the Emerald Coast white sandy beaches.

Home away from home

The first time we stayed here was my honeymoon lite version, we loved it so much that we have now stayed there three times, we bring our girls and they absolutely love it. We are so used to being there that we know the check in and check out routine by heart. The host is super awesome and accommodating! The check out process is pretty easy no extra crazy stuff just regular stuff like clearing out the dishes, the garbage and throwing the towels in the tub the location is pretty central with the ocean right across the street, a Walmart around the corner about 7 minute drive, and a ton of things to do and restaurants to try within a 5 minute drive.

Perfect Getaway Spot!

My husband and I last minute decided we needed to get away, and Ruth was incredibly responsive to the many questions I had. Her condo is absolutely precious—super cute, comfortable, and you can even see the beach from the back patio! She left us a very sweet note and flowers because of the reason for our trip, which meant so much to us. She was extremely personable and thoughtful. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place in PCB! ❤️
