This beautiful 1850 sq ft. Gulf Front Condo at High Pointe Resort in Seacrest Beach has amazing views of the emerald green waters of the Gulf. Come enjoy stunning sunsets and tranquil ocean sounds from a deluxe condo on the 3rd floor end unit with panoramic views.  It sits on one of the highest points on the Florida Panhandle! The kitchen and dining room flow together with plenty of seating, which is perfect for gathering and enjoying family time and drinks. Views all around, it’s a unit you don’t want to miss. The kitchen has been renovated with sea glass back splash and new stainless steel appliances. The living room is cozy with a large couch, plenty of seating, and a large screen TV. Panoramic views from every angle, perfect for reading a book or beach watching. The unit also has Complementary Wi-Fi, and a full washer and dryer in unit. 

The gulf front master suite has a king bed, flat screen TV, and a private master bath with separate shower and garden tub with a closet and double vanities. Private balcony access to the gorgeous views of the gulf. The second bedroom has two queen beds with a TV, large closet, and private bathroom with a two sink vanity and shower/tub combo. As well as a private balcony access overlooking the gulf and sugar white beaches. This bedroom also has balcony access to view and enjoy the panoramic views.The third bedroom has a king bed with flat screen TV, day bed for reading and relaxing, and bathroom access. Bathroom is also accessible from the hallway. It is a tub/shower combo with single vanity.

Kids and adults will love the easy beach access, tiki bar and grill, new playground, tennis courts, and 6,500 sq. ft pool with waterfalls and lush landscaping. Crabby Steve's Ocean Front Bar and Grill is right on the property and is the only true gulf front dining experience on all of 30A.  Fabulous dinner specials and always a fun place to unwind. Located next to Rosemary Beach and minutes from Seaside, this really is a deluxe unit in the perfect vacation spot!

Annual Girls Trip

We’ve stayed in varying units at High Pointe, 1-2 times a year, for the past 5 years. We love the location, sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean, and proximity to all our favorite shops and restaurants! Highly recommend this property. They’ve increased security due to teens bringing in guests, and the quieter atmosphere. We'll be back soon!!

Have stayed at this property many times but first time in this unit. The condo was beautiful and nicely updated. gorgeous views! Very comfortable. some challenges with the mgmt company that handles the rental and some challenges with wrist bands not working throughout the week all over the property.

Great vacation condo

The condo itself is clean with plenty of space. It has a great view of the ocean and beach. The pool is nice and both pool and beach are very conveniently location. Easy walking distance to great shops and restaurants. Crabby Steve’s is on-site and has great seafood. Highly recommend this place.

Stay for wedding in 30-A

My wife & I and my parents were invited to a wedding of a close friend. This was also the first time bringing my 5 month old daughter to the beach. We brought my wife’s mom to help babysit. We enjoyed the size of the unit (and hosted breakfast each morning for 5+ additional people). Each bedroom had its own bathroom. And we loved the ocean view (especially since the baby can have limited exposure to the sun!). We were a little disappointed in the inconsistent hours of the restaurant onsite (Crabby Steve’s) but that could have been due to the weather and time of year (October). When open, food and drinks were great!

Exceeded expectations!

This property was clean, beautifully decorated, and so comfortable for our family of 7. We appreciated the updated decor and enjoyed the convenience of being able to ride our bikes everywhere- from Charlie’s Donut truck at Alys in the morning, pizzas and music at Seacrest, and movie night at Rosemary. Of course we also loved having Crabby Steve’s right on the property! The location is perfect!

Beautiful condo! Gorgeous ocean view!

My church friends and I had a great week celebrating my best friend’s 60th birthday! The condo was so beautiful, and well maintained (except I did have a bedroom curtain that came unhooked at the top, and even with the step ladder, I was too short to hook it back! I had to pin it at night). We had a lot of rain, mixed with sunshine, but all came home tanned and relaxed. We loved the convenience of being able to walk to all the shops and restaurants, and I walked every morning on 30A. We spent many mornings looking at the ocean and drinking our morning coffee. We can’t wait to come back!

Overall our stay at High Pointe Resort was great. Location is everything here. Beach access was perfect, property was clean, older property but you can tell that they have made updates. Only real negative was the tight walking space down to beach thru Crabby Steve's. Employees seemed to be annoyed by the traffic, especially during lunch time. Family, family, family is the whole focus at Rosemary Beach. So if you have young kids and going to Rosemary area, I would stay at High Pointe, staying across the street and get shuttled in to public areas is not the way to enjoy.

We enjoyed our week at HiPointe 36W - beautiful 3-bedroom/3 bath condo on the west corner. Wrap around deck with nice deck furniture. Large kitchen, dining room table and living room as well as 3 good sized bedrooms and baths. Pool was nice and beach was perfect! Highly recommended!

Lovely condo

Carpet and furniture was stained-needs to be cleaned. The master bath shower has mold in it-needs to be cleaned too. Beautiful views and loved the porch! Plenty of room for everyone. AC worked perfectly-almost got too cold for us! :)
