Room service (2nd night) was bad. Housekeeping service was poor. Did not fill the lotion bottle in the bathroom, did not clean the counters nor the floor (vacuum) and did not replenish towels as original setting. A/C I believe was just above our room (425) and it sounded very loud at night. Also the ice machine was two rooms away from where we stayed. The hotel was almost empty, so the receptionist could have done a better job in assigning us a better, less noisy room.
